heres a pic from before the BOV was installed. IC is there though. You can't see it because theres mesh over the front of the scoop.. its there to catch those bigass texas bugs.

EDIT:.. D'oh.. just realized why you couldn't see the IC and such in the first pic. .. I put the hood on another car to do the cutting.. Didn't want to cut into my IC:).. plus I found it was easier to make the cut with the hood on a car.
