Mileage check

Featured Replies

Just curious what everyone's mileage is. I actually ran across a 95 impreza coupe today with 280,000 miles on the odometer. Not sure if that is on the original engine. But still impressive.

92 Legacy 5MT 156K (Runs the best)

98 Legacy 5MT 112K (Runs great...drives better than the 92)

01 Outback 5MT 65K (sounds like a diesel...soon to become a RAV4)

212,600 on my 93 Legacy wagon, no plans for a new one

anytime soon.

136k on my 91 Legacy. Car runs so perfectly that I think the odometer is going too fast :D

1996 Outback 2.2l - 99,000 miles (Second owner)

1995 Legacy L 2.2l - 215,000 miles (all original except the battery, clutch, brakes, rotors, oil pump seal, cam seal, and timing belt...and some filters and basic junk)

:D

I bought my '98 2.5RS with just over 60k and I'm at about 106k right now. Just did the timing belt (old one looked beautiful though) last weekend and fixed a leaking front crank seal.

As I just posted separately, my 93 Legacy just hit 200,000. It's an AWD 5-spd. I'm the second owner. I bought it for $2,500 three years ago with 140,000 on it, so I've gotten a cheap 60,000 miles out of it so far - with many more to go!

My son has exactly the same year and model of Legacy as me and his car is now over 210,000 and also running great.

1996 Outback 2.5L -- 197,282 as of yesterday. Not bad, but I did have to replace a head gasket on one side. Other than that, a minor hiccup with the auto tranny, and an oil seal leak, this beast has been virtually trouble-free. No complaints, no worries, and no intention of getting any other vehicle any time soon!

146k on 92SVX and 140k on 92 Legacy wagon both run great and are fairly oil tight, usuall matainence.:burnout: :burnout:
