August 13, 200421 yr what's that # for on the bumper? if there are tabs under the stake pockets that won't allow the chain hook to drop down and go around, CUT THEM OUT!!! does the jack have an adjustable base? just needs a chain box well stocked, with the usual.... jack, blocks, chains, binders, bungee cords, wire, wide load signs those fenders are STRONG!!
August 13, 200421 yr Author # on bumper? assuming you mean on my Brat bumper. Midwest Customs is the place that did my bumpers/winch mount.... the trailer is a 16' flatbed, frame standard from http://www.mac-lander.com pressure treated lumber. stake pockets are open on bottom. adjustable 7000 lb jack, etc..... The distributor I got it from had lots of different brands to choose from. the Aluma-light ones were really cool looking, but were well over $4k!!!! there were some locally made ones there too, but the $300 upgrade to the mac-lander was a no brainer after seeing the quality differences.... I've towed several different trailer before, but none this long. It was fun backing it into my driveway for the first time....
