Hey guys, I just wana see if any of you guys have some custom exhaust pictures from your EAs, I replaced my exhaust gaskets and guess what, the flange is warped so its time for a new header, im going for the 4 Stud flanged, Im going to make it my self with some mild steel, no SS for the first try! I AM SICK AND TIRED Of NO POWER!!! Thanks for the pics if anyone has any!!!

I think I have a pic or two of mine in my gallery. Feel free to check it out.

Didn't see and headers. A bunch of nice cars, and a shot of a wrx looking flange on an uppipe.

Ok so those flanges that are the 4 stud configuration. Did you Guys make those or buy them?? Im planning on making them. And soon really soon.

Oh, really? I'll throw some in there, my bad.

For the head flanges I had to have those made. My builder used .25" SS stock and to be sure it would not crack or warp, I asked that he make it with four stud holes. All I did on the head side was to pull out the factory exhaust studs and replaced the two per side with four SS studs and hardware, with a used factory gasket under that. When I pull it off to add the EGT bung I will put a new gasket in there, but for now, with four bolts per flange, it is holding up very well! I haven't logged many miles with it, but no flaws so far!

This is my custom exhaust on my old EA81 mountain patrol. Got much better flow and power! It was also about $250.:dead: But worth it.

about 500 bucks if I remember right, 200ish for the matching downpipe. I've also got the contact info and if you tell him I sent you to him he might get you a better deal.

when i called a bit ago, they leave the flange unfinished so that the customer can specify. they'll do anything you want. they only had a few left.

I modified my headers up-pipe when i put the TF035 on my EA82T

I removed the restrictive T join below the turbo side head and fabricated my own

From this (1 1"2 inch restrictive crush bent join)

To this (looks rough on the outside, but is over 1 7/8" diameter inside all the way up to the turbo)

The header for my dual carb EA81 (bigger manifold plate, wider spacing, then standard EA81) two 1.75" into 2"

Sorry, but the image is actually of my custom control arm setup, just so happens to have the exhaust in it.
