Featured Replies

need 17's to get the tires i want. and its already a close call with 205 wide wrx wheel setup in the rear. what offset wheels should a look into? i don't care for a little sticking out.

im sure he has 5 lug since he is looking for a rim offset in a 17inch and the fact he has been here for years.

hell yeah 5 lug. it was cheaper to go get them from virginia myself at the time too so i drove from cincinnati to roanoke in one day to have them.

trying to figure out if a should go with normal wrx offsets or not. don't have the normal tools to measure stuff like that

That`s a Beautiful Subie For Sure... Lookin` Good on Five Lug Setup.

So, Greater Offset could make the Tire to Rub the Car`s Body, isn`t it?

A greater offset would cause the tire to rub on the strut, trailing arms and other inside parts.

A smaller offset would cause the tires to rub on the fenders.

Wheel width also has a effect.

My ADR Sokudo 17x7 have a offset of 48mm.

WRX wheels have a offset of 55mm

Daaaammmnn that's clean.

so from your wheel specs and suberdaves i should stick to something in the 40-50 area. thanks for your input ! nice RX btw

Thanks for the Answer!

im running 18x7.5 prodrive p1's with a +53 offset. 215/40/18 is as much tire as i can get under the car with rubbing in the rear on the torsion bar. with a +48 i could go a little wider on the tire.

I'm running 17x8 45mm 5x100 Enkei RPF-1s on my RX. Had a little rubbing in the rear on the wheel well but with some rolling, took care of that issue... I'm even lowered quite a bit...
