Classic Motorsports is hosting a Classic Japanese Sports Car gathering at Road Atlanta along with the Mitty Vintage races, April 28-30, 2006. Most of the infield will be car corrals for Japanese cars. And there will be plenty of racing including an all Japanese race. We hope to see plenty of old Subarus there! For details see http://www.classicmotorsports.net or give me a holler at 9LASER3@bright.net See ya there, Paul

Ok, check this out guys/gals my Brother who is a master mechanic and helps run a shop in Lakewood is looking for someone that is looking to get into auto mechanics/or already is that has good desire to learn and work hard. He called me to have me put this out on the board, since he knows most of us are own mechanics anyways. Pay depends on qualifications/having your own tools...but none of that is necessary. My brother is really looking for someone who he can help pass his trade on to. Sure you'll be doing oil changes, tires, etc at first but everyone has to get their start somep…

Hey folks. I've been lurking around awhile learning a lot about my Outback, thought it was about time to say hey. First off I'm on my second Subaru. The first was an '86 GL Wagon that I owned when I lived in CO. I loved that little bugger and drove it in places that it never should have been and it didn't complain a bit. I finally had to admit that I needed more ground clearance for the off-road stuff I was doing and traded my GL in on a Jeep. Fast forward about 10 years....I no longer live in CO and now I'm married with a kid so traded the Jeep and got another Subaru. My present car is a 2000 Outback wagon that I bought used with ~20k on it. I've got ~60k on it n…

Or do we just need to drive up to browns camp near portland? (hopefully im posting this in the correct place) thanks! -Dan

  18. It's the Primitive School @ the Wasington Co. Fairgrounds. I've run a couple of rally x's at the local county fairgrounds and figured I'd learn the correct way to run down cones. Anyone else going?

Hey guys. Where are all the new subarus? I've been looking around the site and havent seen anyone with subarus made after 2000. I wanna see someone with a brand spankin' new STI suped up like crazy! Oh well. Just introducing myself.

  25. Started by rmaccara,

Hi everyone, I'm enjoying the forum. I've always like the Subaru lineup, shopped for them many times when new car buying, but never ended up with one. I was forced into buying a "winter beater" this year and as luck would have it, I found a 1991 Legacy Turbo AWD in excellent shape. A little body work welding underneath and she passed the safety inspection. It's got about 250k kilometers on it now and I look forward to putting on many more! Rob
