Hey since the Lifted Brat will be done soon, lets get something together. We have a new member in the area (DarkSTI) and TheSubaruJunkie should have the Rx runnin soon, so there isn't much from stopping us from getting together. I was thinking of some weekend day at the Beginning of April? The 1st? Was thinking of hitting up Dog Valley and Peavine, I haven't been out there in a long while. What do you think?

As the title says I'm thinking soon after Tax day or end of March. Mostly trying to figure out what days work well with everyone, weekends are good cause we can go to the PAP before to get parts. Weeknight is cool too. Northgate RR Tenative dates March 31st or April 7th, both Fridays

We will be meeting at Noon at cosmo park in Columbia. Its easy to find, and central for most people. I know the STL people are cruising over together, so if you are that way, tag along.

hey everyone I just wanted to say I am really sorry about last week. I was way out of line and I hope that you all can accept my apology. I am now in Iraq for a short stay, I was re-activated by the US Navy. I have been told I should only be here for about a month or so, just long enough till they get some replacements here. I am in Navy, as CTR. NO what I am doing is not top secret or anything like that. I really am looking forward to getting home to my beloved Subaru's. I hope you all have a very safe and fun spring of Wheeling. I hope I will be welcome to join you guys on a few muddy trips.

Anybody interested in making a Harry's run in mid-April? I'm going to be in the area from April 19th through the 23, mostly driving back and forth between Philadelphia, PA and Elmira, NY. I figured I'd hit the yard on the 22nd, since the wife's expecting to be heading home on the 23rd. I had made a previous thread in the Wanted section, but Moosens thinks this might be a good time to get a group meet & greet together (sounds good to me). He was sounding like he wanted to hit Pine Barrens on Sunday, too. Anyone wanna get together around this time?

Hi there, I'm based in Wellington, NZ and when I was passing through Riwaka on my way to visit my parents for Christmas I saw a sweet ute on the side of the road for sale. A couple of days later I'd secured the purchase and booked it on the ferry back to Wgtn. It's an 81, 1800 d/r with the twin headlights. Currently I'm getting it mechanically sound - 1 new cv, new balljoint and tierod end on the driver's side, and I need to weld in a patch in the tray. Then I'm getting onto making it go a bit quicker. How many gen1s are there around NZ? I haven't seen any around Wellington.... Jeremy

The mud drags in lewiston are toward the end of june.there are two classes Four and sixes(powerful fourbangers or underpowered sixes) then theres the V8 class(big blocks and diesels).Anyway assuming I can find a job that pays a little more than minimun wage(idaho is 5.15/hr, ecept I can weld, machine things, etc but no degree!) assuming I found a job that pays about 600 a month could I build the sube(lift, super swampers, weber carb, snorkel) by then?It might not win but it will show what subes can do(all hail teh super swampers) so anyway could it be done assuming I still need to save for gas and insurance(438 every six months got six months to go) living at my parents hous…

Hello all - I am thinking of purchasing a 2006 legacy wagon as a replacement for a Nissan Altima - I have one colleague who has a Subaru and he loves it, would like to hear from others, preferably in the Toronto area as to reliability in the great white north (not that we really had a winter this year) and also the Good, Bad & Ugly regarding the service at dealers - I at the point in life that i do not have the time to run around, and when i buy the car, would like to have it serviced at the dealer - if and only if they are reputable - So far, i have had a quick test drive at Willowdale Subaru - sales man was very professional, and treated my wife with respect - somet…

So for a long time now the only option for used Subaru parts has been :-\Aaron's in south Seattle. from what i have heard they will no longer be taking anything 92 and older.what about all the EA81 and EA82 guys? where are you going to find all the parts you are going to need to keep your 4x4 play toy and your commuter car going. I just wanted to get every ones thoughts on someone starting a new Subaru only wrecking yard. poss. going to open in the Kent area.

Hi -- I live in Pullman, Washington. I have been discussing a problem with my Subaru on the old Subaru forum. I have an 89 Subaru 4-D Sedan GL FWD with 149,000 miles on it. I'm the only owner its known. I may have a tranny problem. Not positive. 86subaru wrote to me saying: ask a local board member to test drive before you take it to a shop , because the shop may take you for a ride for alot of $$$$$ , + the board member who drives it may be able to put a tranny in for you" So, I am wondering if there is anyone near me that can test drive my car. Hoping so! I'm brand new to this forum. I love it hear. Everyone has been so quick to help. It's been an am…
