  1. get a cheap gauge, see how much is in it. it's probably low. sometimes you can top them off and they're good for a long time. if it's leaking/loosing refrigerant, replace the orings at the comrpessor, schrader valves and hoses that go to the A/C compressor and that fixes most problems. what I wrote above is for an 01-04 H6 engine and will be different but the principles and locations of the parts are the same.
  2. I would definitely examine the CV axle and the stub first. It may be just the broken CV axle and then the stub pulled out and drained the fluid.
  3. Yes, I'd remove the bumper and take a good look at the metal around the support. See where it get solid and then cut one out at a self serve yard.
  4. Why did you replace the radiator? If you have the DOHC 2.5 and have had overheat problems you most likely have head gasket leaks. It's common on these engine. Do you have black oily stuff in the over flow bottle? If so the HG are leaking. Drop in a 2.2 engine. Larry
  5. bring the front of the car up in the air, fill the block from the upper radiator hose, connect hose then fill radiator. there should be a small plastic bleeder screw on the passenger side - may not look like much - just a phillips style cross in a small piece of white plastic (sometimes black). Thermostat needs to be OEM - aftermarkets will not cut it for these cars.
  6. Look at the plastic liner in the fender well. It may be cracked and blowing backward into the tire, on;y at higher speeds (over 40)

  8. Ancient picture (I think I sold the car in 2006 or so....) of my Blue '88.
