  1. No sweat, you've sufferd enough in the past, and it's a long way,and I'm pretty sure money is tight all around. With the price of gas a trip like that would make me feel way too guilty.:-\ Thanks for the reply.
  2. Last five would equal a lot less than paying the fee for the tent outright.Just need to have someone register three ($30 total) and someone else reg. the other two at $25. We'll cover those person's fees. So if you have your wife put three in her name,etc.....we'll pay you back,or whoever does it. Shame things haven't come together yet.I haven't made it to my dealer to post yet. When is the deadline? Jon in NY said he's register. Can you think of anyone else who said they would but haven't yet?
  3. Coming soon ......to a psychiatric clinic near you...... Any help appreciated and plenty of parts to give away or make super sweet deals on......if you show up. Will buy food and beverages.
  4. Hope you feel better real soon. If you do.....don't forget that I sure could use some help with moving the load of stuff over to the new storage place. I promise I will make it as easy as possible because I ain't gettin' any younger. Renting a truck with the lift gate, using dolleys and/or handtruck as much as possible. Pine Barrens after Carlisle is more likely the best for us here. That is unless the move goes incredibly easy.
  5. He's in He's out He's in again get your mind out of the gutter..... And yup,it looks like he's out again. If I go I''ll be chumping out on several people,so I just can't do it,sorry. I need to: 1-help put up some walls to make my new storage spot secure 2-pull all sorts of stuff out from my current storage and get one of the motorcycles out.(yup, for you,Jeff!!!!) 3-Little League -my son-I could brag all night about him!!! 4-etc.etc.etc. But I swear I'll see if there's any space on Sunday because my son really wants to go 4Wheelin' bad.
  6. Bit-chin B'day to ya,Ed!!!!!! Enjoy,and stay healthy!!
  7. Red rear marker lamp?? Got a pic of what you're talking about? You mean the side markers on the rear quarter? To me,a "marker lamp" is the license plate lamp. I have those and will be breaking them out real soon if you don't get an instant response. Mick,I have that grill like I told you. Will get the lights to you.Just give me a little time to get to it and be sure to send a reminder if you don't see it at your door by mid-May.
  8. Right on Russ Good luck with it,and the long run to freedom......
  9. No sweat, thanks anyways,Emily. Our hero Mr.Statistics has risen to the occassion!!! Nice job Mr.S !!! #6 is air injection though....right? At least I know there's different fittings on those....after that I still need time to compare.I'm very lucky that I haven't had to mess with my 1600's much at all.But that's why we love them so much!!
  10. Dod a search in this forum if you don't see it.I just asked recently and got a nice photo to look at.
  11. I agree.Infact,I GAVE AWAY something like 5+ EA81's to Jude in "cornfields" Illinois so he can have lots of ultralight air action over those stalks of green 'n gold.He drove something like 900 miles each way to get them.Great guy,got one from me that was the dog of the bunch that got mixed up.So he drove back again!! since I offered to give him all my other EA81's for the screw up. Of course, there'll be the guys out west who'll tell us "nah, there still all over place"...which is slightly true for them. They all dry up sooner or later.Take it from a guy searching for 1300 engines. And not that I really need 1400's but I'm also looking for some of those too, although probably not worth the effort.
  12. Great for Italian cars.
  13. Seen 'em on eBay before. We might have one here in our stock but I just can't promise anything right now, sorry.Unfortunately all our stash is in storage locked up tight.Just letting you know that there is hope so DON'T let the ff-1 go to waste!!
  14. So I guess I should have asked about a conversion for my wife's 96 Brighton.:-\
  15. You got that right, sister!! Emily, can you please take the time to make a post in Historic about the seven different configurations of the EA71??? Please ?? Most of us know the "wide case" and the different Air Injection fittings, but I'm sure you with your knowledge can elaborate and teach us all something. Thanks!! Paul
  16. Quick check for my '73 and '78 showed some results but nothing too great. On the other hand they did have a couple items that it's good to know someone has, like belts, basic stuff..... Water pumps were ok but nothing to go wild over since you can find Parault pumps on eBay occasionally,or the Beck Arnley ones they have,etc...but cheaper than ROCKAuto. It'll help some people,so thanks for posting. But keep in mind, they don't have things like 1400 cylinder liner shims like Bryan T is looking for right now,or many other items that we need to refurbish our old cars. They do have some items to help keep them going.Just check around on priced unless you've got money to burn.
  17. Wow,I was going to delete this out of embarasment, but I'm going to check later.Just been too busy since I got the car to look. Quick eBay check shows me rotors 'n pads for '90-'05 Legacy.... See you guys later.
  18. OK the 28th could be a lot better for me now. I'll keep in touch. Bump for the mudholes!!!!!!!!!
  19. Plans vary from person to person. My plans are still uncertain, just tossing ideas out and potential schedules. If I can get down there Friday night then yes,I'd be all over a nice meeting for breakfast anywhere that I don't have to prepare and clean up after....waffle house,diner....like that. If I am still working late hours come that weekend then I have no choice but to drive down Saturday morning and arrive a little late for anything but just going into the show.At that point I'll be happy to make a lunch, maybe even dinner at the tent. Typically after Saturday the majority goes home. Some stay for Sunday.Again,it all depends on my work schedule, which is due to fluxuate sometime soon.Wether its before or after Carlisle has yet to be determined. Hope this clarifies. See you there, sometime on Saturday for sure. Cheers!
  20. Wow,I didn't even look. Thanks,I guess. I think I have some brake work coming up.:-\ My wife's '96 Brighton has drums,so I just figured the '92 had cheapy (L series) wagon had them too. Thanks for the edjumacation. Maybe that's why I couldn't find anything in the search. So Shawn, I sure do trust your opinion....and since I haven't even looked yet.... talk to me brother. Were you thinking of something else?
  21. Car is a 1992 Legacy wagon. Would gladly convert rear drums to disk brake setup if possible. With the Loyale line there were 2wd turbos that had rear disks. Any models fit that catagory with the 5 lug Legacy line? Or any crossover installations from other makes? Thanks for any help.
  22. We'll fine tune the details as it gets closer. But in the meantime it'd be nice to see folks speak up,even if they don't want to be involved.Just say "nah,I'm going for the dogfood they serve at the consessions stand" or something like that. Mostly,if we get an idea of who's bringing a stove or grill we can figure out burgers 'n dogs, etc. from there. If money is tight I know I completely understand and just bring for yourself to keep from spending TOO much at those vendors and diners,etc.. Main thing is to try to show up.I don't have much trouble feeding a few friends for a meal or two. It's in my blood.:-p Saturday-lunch and dinner is the main deal.If we stay over Saturday then we're almost certain to hit a diner (Sunday) or the W/H for convenience sake on Sunday AM. Cheers!
  23. Don't make Dave say bishes!!! One month away!!!! Can't wait to see that Volvo P210 Hearse.Wanted one since I saw the factory manual I have for it last year. Going to be some fun.I have some small gifts to hand out and am working on more promo items from Subaru.and we should have a Subaru sign to raffle off,or who knows, maybe give away.I think it's a Subaru Leasing sign, but it's pretty cool, and you WANT to be there anyways.
