So,I guess that tells us exactly how many old badges,etc. the warehouses have left.If SOA isn't supplying those items you have to know that the rest of us will be trying to secure them just as badly. Some badges and tailgate handles,etc. do show up,and occasionally still new stock.But it's getting slim pickin's. Please refrain from multiple listings.Thanks.

I completly agree.There's some small shop not far from anywhere that'll make it solid.Forget about making the underside to perfect factory restoration.Phooeeyy!!Make it solid and coat it with tar.You're in VT!!! Get some more miles out of that thing.Main thing is to keep it going,and enjoy the heck out of it!! From the sides it'll always look great. Keep some poor guy busy.Take it around or take the pics and see what they'll do for you.Worth a shot,to me. If you just simply don't want to bother for any reason I'm sure one of us would consider it.

I think we should forget about feeding each other and just make sure you're covered.If you want to bring something then just be prepared to take some home or toss it if there's not enough folks. I'll make it for Saturday,almost 100% sure about that.It might be me alone,or another driver with my second car,or a family event.TBD It's been a tought year for a lot of us.A good year to shove far behind us too.Let's just get a good core group there.Most of us know each other as far back as Pine Barrens Sept. 2001,and some even way earlier from my place in Milford.To me,getting a good bunch together is a good accomplishment.Trying to drag every northeastern person out is a huge chore.Folks are just not as warm and friendly up here,let's face it. Thanks,and yes,grab those papers/manauls for me,please. Carpeting is another item I'd gladly pay for if it looks like it belongs in a refurbished car.Dirt and some stains are ok,but just don't want worn through spots or rips,etc..those carpets come out fairly easy too. If the dash is cracked,please check things like the vents and any other items that might be salvagable. Thanks again.

I'm interested in and dress up parts like a wood steering wheel,wood or leather shift knob,and maybe some other interior parts. How was the dashboard? Did it have solid seat backs up front or did it have the coupe style seats with the hole under the headrest?I need a driver's side black w/white center coupe style. There's three 1974's in a backyard up here but the guy is tough to deal with.

There's also a tool called a heatknife. Awsome for poly-fabrics,etc. and I'm pretty sure it'd cut the plastic with minimal "clotting".

Dan Perkins Subaru also off exit 35 in Milford,****talk to John in the PARTS DEPT.**** he will help you.They are right next to M.A.R. too. Plenty of local parts stores.
