  1. As far as pics go. If you click on your name in the right corner were it says "welcome bratbuggie" you should have a place to make an album for your pics.
  2. "if all they had to do was buy some TSP and dump it in, I think they would have mentioned it. " I guess I misunderstood you when you typed this. The link I posted talked more about using TSP if Txakura does not vouch for your interest level of using it. It also talks about battery charger selection too.
  3. There are a few states that have banned cleaners with phosphate in them I could only find one store out of 5 that had straight TSP. I am also not sure how you came to the idea that I was saying electricity was not needed to do it.:-\ Here is some more good info too. http://www.farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=47973&p=397473&hilit=electrolysis#p397473 Here
  4. I am going to take a look at this when I am not at work with the filters blocking the pics. Thanks
  5. TRISODIUM PHOSPHATE Knowen as TSP. Is the best stuff to use. It is getting harder to find due to EPA restrictions. You can stil find it at Lowes.

has any one welded their own. I just have a hard time paying 400ish for a metal A frame with a I beam bolted on.
  7. I wish your moms could see this thread! they would be so proud of all of you! My mom on thee other hand lives in my basement and she has not been proud of me since.. but that is another story:rolleyes:
  8. http://jalopnik.com/5361203/youre-such-a-little-brat-for-2350 enjoy!!
  9. Your brat would be a ea81 http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=104471 GD is pretty much right most of the time so I would probbably say no you dont have one.
  10. so my ea82 waggon should have one.. that is funny.. it is the only one with good heat:lol:
  11. has never owned a subaru (other then the wrx) that has a over flow tank for the radiator. After two brats and one wagon.. not one tank. I am thinking part of my heating issue for my brat is that my radiator is never full.
  12. Mic we need to get together and go to one of the nebraska subaru meets. Two lifted brats would be awsome. I can even supply the flat bed.
  13. This realy works? does it help by pass a slight cloged core.. or what is it?
  14. On my Brat when I would shift in to 2nd the lights would flutter and my gauges would go out of wack and the car wanted to die. I found out latter that the motor did not have a good ground and was ground via the motor mounts and they would move around during shifting. so I ran another ground and it worked great. Now mind you this would only happen durring shifting so checking it with a light would not show any thing while Idle.
  15. I do like the NT. The specs are the best for the money (350ish) and the warranty is better the HF. Read the reviews on Northen tools web site for a better feel of how others like it. This is my first mig and I realy enjoy it.Whith using pam cooking spray for the splatter I am still on my first tip. I know Mic has one too. Maybe he will post a review.. we will see. IF you have the money there are better units out there but that can be said with pretty much all things.
  16. do a search for tunning a weber. It is not all that hard. I have two. One on a brat and one on a wagon. "I just purchased a 32/36 DGEV kit from Redline for $322 shipped" Och! New is nice but I got my last one from Jerry DeMoss with the anti-Dieseling and adapter and air cleaner for 250ish. He gets a price brake so if you need any thing pm him. Might be able to save you some money. Also the Mech linkage on the weber makes the car feel faster.
  17. I am bringing this back from the dead because it is just a awsome thread and now that I have had 3 old school subarus I forgot about trying higher shifting points.
  18. Really both of you guys helped. :banana:Mic knows what I have but I forgot that they are both in one houseing, so GD gave me a hand too. So with out both of you I would still be looking for a drain bolt that is not there:lol:.
  19. it is a 4spd stick. Are they sloshed in the transmission..I.e. no seprate compartment for the front diff?
  20. how much gear oil does it need Thanks
  21. Where?? I might want one. Not meaning to hi-jack
  22. I am not a fan of chilie but I do like gravel..Now we just got to figure when in october?
  23. I think if you talk to User "emernepal" he might be able to help you. You also sound like you might have alot in common. Just do a search for him by user or in the search link above.
  24. This reminds me of a time when I was in a British hospital babysitting some prisoners that had their legs blown off by a carpet bomb. I was talking to one of the brits about foot ball and he was talking about how his sport was the real man’s sport. I told him that if most of the football players where turned around and had long hair wigs put on their heads that you would not be able to tell if they were women from behind . With that being said and totally OT I don’t really follow any sports but I used to love the fact that game night would keep all of the members out of the commercial gyms I used to go to. Yep used to love sports:drunk:
