yeah I couldn't find any xts with 15 pugs either... saw one with 14 inch pugs.... just ordered some 2wd loyale struts.... (one of mine is blown and contributes to the rubbing...) if I am correct the 2wd loyale strut should be a little taller than the 2wd XT ones... and will give me a subtle bit of extra clearance

actually the legacy tranny uses the 25 spline axles and the bigger clutches. (so go with the legacy tranny clutch and axles)

why do the rules outlaw RWD IRS?? that rules out a lot of cool cars... are they trying to keep the mustangs from getting romped?

I have a manual impact driver too... quite handy and fits in my little bag. I have this bag about the size of the shoe box from a pair of low-top chucks... I pulled a transmission with the tools in it... lol yeah this is from the 85 XT in the montgomery AL pull a part I keep going on a bout.. sad too cause it's complete, no rust and all the panels are straight... it's even black.... but by the time I get too it with money it may be crushed.. I am hoping I can get the motor quickly enough,... but it looks like it will be monday at the soonest. if I was sure I had a few more weeks I'd get the straight black door and fender too...

doesn't matter about the tourque convertor... I'm pulling it at the junk yard... timing hole FTW! that makes life simple! will be using the Briggs pull method, lol.....

can I get o the TQ converter bolts from the stater hole?? can they be accessed from below?

undo the center bearing then the whole unit should slide forward... (the plate with the four bolts can also stick like a wheel to a hub a little bumping could loosen it.)

I have a lip spoiler coming soon for my xt if it will fit... but I'd like to talk about yours and the mud flaps..... I like the look! (is the thing between the lights removable... the RX turbo reflector thing) the regular sedans don't have it.

Rob says it isn't really worth trying to get it here.... I guess I give up this time... but I now have a mission to get me a little sedan to clone an RX with. how are the mud flaps and spoiler?

yeah.... I kinds fell for it.... but Rob filled me in on the condition and the need for the parking spot.... and I understand you scrapping it now... kind of.. you have to understand that the only Ea sedans I have seen here (along with 3 XTs) were all at the u-pull going to the crusher..... I have never even seen an RX anything in person in my life..... it's hard to watch something you'd love to own get flattened.... thanks everybody for the kind offers you made..... I tend to get excited... and I tend to want to save all of the subarus...:-\

I don't know where that is... (toppenish) big farm sounds good... it will be a roller only... would that be an issue? this not a confirmed need... feeling for a space before I try to buy this roller.. I get upset when things I would love to have go to the crushe on the opposite side of the country, and we have none here..... sorry washington state... I would be on a mission to get it here after I have it safe.
