LMAO! Yeah, they ruin your track day, when they whoop yo-rump roast cause they drive better then you. (Which can not be said for Danica Patrick, as she couldn't even beat a 5 y.o with a losing streak)

Larger Injectors Duel-Port EJ22: Ideas?
TheLoyale replied to TheLoyale's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXYeah I was thinking the same, I was testing the waters on injectors as they are a quick swap, but then again, so are cams for the most part. I am running an UEL Header which has given me more low end torque, whether its hurt my higher power-band, I'm not sure. I do feel the power-band come to life around 3500-5000rpm (Which is basic for any Subaru) I suppose the key to still having Low and high end power is to leave the 1-7/8" size pipe for the header (Don't exceed 2") then bump it up to 2.25" stright pipe all the way back. Again, thanks for the advice -Tom

Replacement/rebuilt axels
Yes, I also like EMPI axles. Thepartsbin.com has them for about $75. Good axles, I am running EMPI for both front axles in my EA82. The shafts are a larger diameter (Most of the time)

Larger Injectors Duel-Port EJ22: Ideas?
TheLoyale replied to TheLoyale's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXFrom what I remember reading in my Chilton, Fuel pressure is 42psi (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) I might just have to do a cam swap this summer Delta-Cam 220 grind (If I have Slider rockers) I am thinking I might have Rollers as my buddys '95 duel-Port EJ22 did, so then I'd have to go with the 1000 grind. Guess I'll find out when I do valve cover seals.

Larger Injectors Duel-Port EJ22: Ideas?
TheLoyale replied to TheLoyale's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXGood to know, yeah I was figuring it would be over fueled in a sense if has stock cams and engine management. I wonder, if you increase the Fuel PSI, would that mess up any fuel regulator? Thanks for the answer! -Tom

Was able to source Four SP-60s in 225-60/16s, these are the last of them in this size, I have them coming from Ohio for about $118 a Tire (Includes shipping to DLS Tire Center) Dunlop has dincontinued the SP-60 in this size, which is kinda dumb since this is the stock width and aspect for the 16" Outback wheels. Hope to get them by Wednsday.

Larger Injectors Duel-Port EJ22: Ideas?
So is there any advantage to running larger Injectors in a Non-Turbo EJ22? Pretty simple question, I know lol. -Tom

First off, Personally, You need to replax and mind you're own business. This is not effecting you what so ever nor will it ever. Second, Who's acting like a Horny Adolescent? I gave her a compliment, as any true man would do, So stop Interfering with me. Now that we have that out of the way, Where did you snag one of those SUBARU Smiley Balls? I forgot if the offered them as a free promo deal or what?

My '92 Loyale: Safariwagon
Considering I have stuck 5 years of time and sweat into this car, I ain't just gonna get a rust free body to start over with. That would be defeating the purpose of taking care of my car.

Don't get your self blind, you won't be able to drive that beast later on. To add to stiffness, I wonder if you can retrofit an old Strut tower bar from a Legacy/Impreza? But then, all old Subarus did come with their own tower bar, Its called the spare tire support..!

Is it really worth the time to weld up someof these seams? If you slather then with POR, it'll clogg/fill them up and still seal it. It would save you time, which could be spent somewhere else on the car.

Good to know, I will have a look at it! There are Vehicle inspections in Pennsylvania were they will not allow a vehicle to pass unless everything is 100% on it, very little rust, dents, tires, etc. I say they are trying to give people the bobbins with that, Up here in Wisconsin, we don't have Vehicle Inspection, Only Emissions testing for Vehicles 1996 and newer (OBD-II Systems)

Well, I'm sure yours is welding up better then mine did as I was using Galvanized metal and not knowing it lol.
