  1. I don't think you can post those types of pictures on here?
  2. Lol, yes sir. Getting slammed left and right with rain bursts and small plants. I do like driving the worst weather though
  3. I know shipping 4 steal pugs only cost about $50 from FedEx Ground, as Mick sent mine by via them. One wheels is maybe 20lbs.
  4. Don't forget Scott, your the dude that owned a Honda and Toyota Rice machine (I always owned a Subaru) :-p The lighter color is ok with me, I thought it was gonna be a tad darker (Slate Gray) I'm gonna carry tis color onto the door panels as well. I just put that cargo net in (Its for a new gen Outback) but it all fits the same. Whatcha got that I ain't got? Hmmmm?
  5. It could just be a loan from a credit union (Like if you were to buy a car from a cheep used lot) ya know.
  6. Yea, supposed to hit Racine and IL more.. Now you know where I'm gonna be joy riding tomorrow
  7. Are you guys getting hammered with super cells? Looks kinda bad on TV. -Tom
  8. HA! I have new BFGoodrich T/A Tourings on mine! So there mines better - cause we all know you can't beat BFGs!
  9. I know Delta make decent cams. I'm pretty sure they make'em for the EJs (I forgot)
  10. Yes those are standard '95 Outback wheels, but they are also called the "GT" wheels as they were on the first gen GTs and touring wagons. Whoops, I re-looked at the first set of pictures again - and thought there were steelies with hubcaps on it before. My mistake. But still those alloys are alos called GT wheels
  11. I see you stuck the GT wheels on it, better then the 14" steels Looks mighty nice.
  12. The seats are from a '94 Legacy Turbo sedan, much nicer then the stock Outback seats (Mine was shot, must have been owned by a 450lbs guy) Yea I noticed once in a while the doors will lock right after you shut the car off, as for where the timer is, yes its kinda by the glove box, if you removed the passenger side air vent (By the door) you will see the Timer. Easy to get at I might add. I think my tophats are still good, but the struts are toast at 207,000. I want some '96-99 Outback struts but its hard to find complete assemblies.
  13. Power Mirror swtich: Nissan, Niles, Japan. What...? And whats the point in this? The doors don't automaticly lock after a few minutes. -Tom
  14. Put in a Cargo net, did some detail painting to the dash, -Tom
  15. Wow looks like mine, but nicer and a nicer color Nice score -Tom
  16. Well thats just the thing, the more unequal you get the less power you are getting (Supposly) now if you went with nice equal headers sure - it'll sound like a Honda but I guess your supposed to have more power. I dunno, we'll see. Specs are for techs, feeling it is for me.
  17. New cargo net! -Tom
  18. Yea I just noticed that after looking at the two. Oh well, I guess go with ur gut on what feels better.. So why does it seem the Borlas crack? They are all made out of T-304 (Like the one I bought) so whats to keep this one from cracking? Cleaner rolling bends? I also just thought its gonna be a PITA to do a hot oil change with the filter right there Lol.. Eh, its like a V8 (Oil filter is right by the passenger side header "Smart" )
  19. Well I found one for $145 but it has the passenger side downpipe cross over in the center right where the Oil pan would be.. WTF? I'll get you a link. Edit: heres the link. Doesn't this pipe look odd? Scroll down to the other pictures. Well I dunno, it just looked odd to me Lol. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-1998-1999-2000-2001-SUBARU-LEGACY-GT-RACING-HEADER-/170442054639?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27af235bef
  20. This one look good to everyone? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Subaru-Impreza-Exhaust-Header-Forester-Legacy-GC8-UEL-/380232809915?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5887a43dbb Edit: Well I just bought it so I hope so
  21. Ben says "Blah blah blah ba blah" Your still cool in my book though too
  22. Speaking of MPG, I need to fix my fuel gauge. It hasn't worked since I bought the car, I dunno why? I pulled the gauge cluster and the gauge seems a little stiff (Is that normal?) My dad tested the gauge with a Multi-meter and it shows power goes through it so IDK? What are the odds the float is stuck and is still stuck after 2000 miles of my driving? Or can the sender unit on the pump its self be shot? I just need to fill it up before 170 miles other wise its like 8gal to fill.. I did look at the connector ontop of the fuel pump and two of the posts don't have power going to them (I did a test while the key was turned to "On") and thats what I found. :-\
  23. I forgot what the code is, but I doubt its the EGR. The EGR entires its cycle at about 1100RPM - how does it run if you free rev it or idle? The O2 sensor would be my guess as they go from time to time, a new one from Carquest is about $30. -Tom
  24. Kyle, yeah I'm not to stoked on the idea on paying $300 for a header - so I will check out that guy on ebay. I just wanted to make sure thats the right shape I'm looking for. Thanks Dave, Yea sounds basic enough - when I reaplaced the header and mid-[ipe on the EA82 everything came apart easly (And thats a 18 y.o car ) and yes I even replaced the studs on it cause the others were crap, the Legacy ones look good so I see no need to remove them. We better make it 20min to wipe the smile off
