  1. As far as the 4wd indicator light goes, On my Loyale the 4wd ALWAYS works but the light does NOT always work. FYI
  2. Hi All! Anyone know the cure for this one? My wipers on my "91" Loyale, work normal except in "Int" mode then they "raise" a couple inches, stop, then a couple more then stop, then continue for the rest of the cycle, Then from the "down" position this behavior is repeated. Anybody dealt with this? Thanks
  3. Before replacing my fuel pump, The car wouldn't start. The previous owner said it was running but losing power on hills.
  4. Well I'll always know 35 from now on!
  5. Sounds like emission control, The engine runs great I'm just tired of the CEL being lit. Think I'll try tricking the ECU with the 60 ohm resisitor. Thanks Lot's !
  6. OK I'll admit ignorance! I'm getting a CEL code for purge control solenoid or circuit, What is it?
  7. Thanks Mike!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Sorry to ask but I can't seem to find the CEL codes in the USRM, Forgot where they are. Am getting three long, five short. "91" Loyale. Thanks !
  9. By the way, Aren't Canadian dollars less than U.S. dollars? When buying a book (for example) it usually has two prices, i.e. $6.95 US, $10 Canada. So more isn't as much more as it would seem! If this applies to all purchases.
  10. I guess I'm lucky, Our local shop is good and charges $45 hr. Wheel bearing on my 91 Loyale. about $45 for the bearing, $5&7 for the seals, $20 for a used hub (mine was shot) and $45 for the local shop to press off the old and on the new, $122 total.
  11. I try to shift no higher than 5200, seems to cruise best at 3200. SPFI ea82
  12. Never used dupli-color but of course they made it look great on powerblock (probably a sponser)
  13. That would be great! Let me know when you plan to drive down. Shastina is real close, Lots of great offroad! And the shop is awesome! If your ever in Morton Wa. check out my Grandma's cabins, Stiltner Motel (360-476-5103). A nice place to stay!

  15. Dupli-color has a new paint out just for soft interior stuff (even seats!) It even comes with scuff pads to use right after spraying to create "grain" seen it on powerblock tv. Looked really good ! try their website or "duplicolor garage" a new forum .

  22. Where in Oregon? I'm 70 miles south of Oregon and Think it woul be cool to do a Sube get together of some sort, With any near by Sube owners! Good luck on your trip!
  23. Seem's high. I have had 7 Sube's, 6 GL's and 1 Loyale. And the most I have ever paid is $500. Even got a red 86 GL for $5, And all it needed was a fuel filter!
  24. Might show him 1500 cash then haggle up toward 2 but it does seem high, I have always bought good Subes's for around 500, And I've had 7 of them.
  25. I have had 7 Sube's and so far they have all ran over 250,000 miles (well over), Except my current car, I'd bet it will also!
