Interesting story. A guy here in town saw his car getting brokeninto. He pulls out his deer rifle and puts one in the guys shoulder. Calls the cops and lets them know what happened. He did get arested but because he was defending his property which was in the parking lot, and he was on the 3rd floor. Needless to say he didnt serve any jail time but has become a folk hero of sorts.

Na ive got that covered. Ive got a work light atatched to the light bulb socket so i turn on the worklight and bam. Works nice. Just dont have alot of room cuz of the toys.

Subarus are like legos everything swaps. This would be easier with pics Sounds like you have a ea82 subaru rx with the 1.8. You didnt mention if it had 4wd, or if it was a 5 speed. All these things matter. We can drop the front of your car 2 inches buy swaping in xt springs and struts. Lots of threads on ways to modify these cars. And yes you can swap those parts in your car, just finding the parts might not be so easy.

If its a 2dr then youve got a ea81. 4wd isnt to hard for the tame of heart i here. Your better off buying another subaru for your offroad beater and keeping the hatch and its 30+mpg for a DD Ride on Ben

+1 on non daily driver. Thats probally the biggest thing holding me back from tearing apart my car is that i need it every day and cant afford it to be down. What i can offer you is that get a whole car if you can. Whether its been wrecked or has a blown tranny. Its still better to get an entire donor car.

I heard somewhere that vehicles need the air condition compressor or the air condition to be working in order to be able to defrost the windows. Is this true.
