  1. Superdave made up some hybrid axles for this to go in his EA82. STI inner cups with EA82 outers and shafts.
  2. Awesome! after reading and reading and searching and more reading... I came up with that idea, then I seen that Superdave made his hybrid axles! I now have something to go on! I did find a brand new limited slip for the R180 for $450
  3. These will fit in the stock rear diffs right? (Never had a locker besides the welded ones) Just bolt your stock ring gear to them correct?
  4. No but it was just as stuck at that was.
  5. There is a video of it somewhere...
  6. Pulled out my buddies truck from the pond behind my parents house.
  7. 4" with 27/9.50r15 swamper radials 4 1/2" with new 215/75r15 hankook's
  8. Mr. Brat replied to monstaru's topic in Off Road
If I wasnt already commited to snowmobiling I would be there...
  9. I have a set of 27/9.50r15 super swamper tsl raidials. All have about 1/4 inch tread left. Had them on my brat with a 4 inch lift. Sell them for $200
  10. I do know this, I am looking for more of an aftermarket setup that would be easier to come by. I will look up the el camino setup... I was crossing the ranch shocks over and found that they came up with Jeep. But they want like $800 for after market air struts... But I dont need the struts. All I am trying to is stop the rump roast end squatting so hard when accelerating, and now I am finding the body rolls hard enough to pop the axle out of the cups on hard corners because of the locked diff.
  11. I have searched and cant find anything... I thought I have seen somewhere that someone on here had rear air shocks on a 4" inch ea81. Does anyone know where I can find these?
  12. [quoteThat XT6 is (I'm pretty sure) the only lifted XT/XT6 that I have ever seen. Its really cool when people do something different than everyone else, just makes that car that much more special. ] We use to have 2, one on 28's and another on 31's... I will see if I can did up some pictures...
  13. Thanks, I has a 4 inch lift with 215/75/15 hankook's on I think Eagle wheels with the 6 lug converstion. And it is still my daily driver at about 80 miles a day.
  14. Is this about what your looking for?
  15. I bought a full set of universal black flaps with silver rally armour lettering on them for $100 at the show... There was your chance:grin:
  16. I was getting ready to pressure wash it... figured it was better to lift it up than lay on the ground.
  17. Yes I did have it there... and thank you!
  18. I have 2 brats myself, welcome to the board!
  19. Just seeing who is leaving about 5-6 pm on Friday night...
  20. I am glad that all worked out for you. Looks great!
  21. No worries, I just thought you were repeating yourself. As far as I remember the cats are differant between the EA and EJ. I think they have differant numbers. If you have the stock EJ y-pipe, you can put a new cat in it if you would like. You will have to cut the y-pipe to fit... The EA car suspension is the same. And the same cut and modified y-pipe from the EJ18 will bolt right onto the EJ22 if you decide to upgrade later as I did. Nothing changes, if I remember right the 18 and 22 heads are almost identical. So to answer your question about will it change from motor to motor, yes it will. Putting a magnaflow cat inplace of the stock, there is no need. If the cat is working fine... dont replace it.
  22. When swaping to an EJ you will have to cut your y-pipe or the cat will hit your sway bar. So to answer your question. You could keep yours and cut it apart and weld it in. Or just like I answered in your other exhaust thread, you can get a magnaflow cat and weld it in place of your stock cat'd y-pipe. And I answered your other question in your other exhaust thread about yes it will fit... I had an EJ18 in my brat and then swapped to the EJ22. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=124485
  23. So.... I am gonna have to bail on this weekends. The big rig diesel races were rescheduled for this saturday night ***holes!!!! Wish I could still make both...
