i was thinkin of mating a Suzuki tranny and tcase to a ej22 and running a 4 link to some sammi axles (i know a frame will need to be made)... im just wondering about the tranny to engine im googling for specs

has anyone ever tried to mate a samurai or yota tranny to a ej? ive been searching and id like to see ho hard it would be..

i just bought a set of bfg km's (your first pic) on craigslist for $250 and i just got back from greenwater they do amazing in the snow i actually kept throwing ALL of the snow out of the flat spots when id do donuts tires in action (they move the snow pretty good)

So i know now that my tranny uses a 8 7/8 or 225mm clutch disk i dont know if the xt6 pressure plate is thicker or the spec of the ea82 pressure plate id like to put a thicker pressure plate in there all my cables are adjusted right and my clutch lets out right at the end of the petal travel i suspect the redrilled flywheel is too deep or the pressure plate isnt thick enough? 98 legacy with a ej22 and ea82 5spd d/r id like to buy a new stronger pressure plate but i dont wanna keep buyin the wrong parts due to lack of knowledge

Zero rub except when pinned and thats on the lift blocks. It cruise's just fine it will chirp em in second gear. I can go up hills in 4th without bogging and i can cruise I5 in 5th:banana: I haven't seriously tested low yet but it does amazing in Seattle on those damn hills. For the very little mud i have hit it does perfect just powers through everything. I didn't cut out any fenders or mud flaps with these new 28's Ill take a few videos of it in low creeping around and just cruising

Did the clutch and got rid of the rattling sound

Does anyone know of a good decent priced exhaust shop around auburn/kent/enumclaw? I saw outback muffler and they always have subarus there... My clutch is feelin soft i just replaced the fiber disk i have the sjr flywheel on a ej22 (maybe its milled to xt6 specs) it holds strong but lets out at the end YES i adjusted everything right im thinking its the ea82 pressure plate??

I love the baja that looks like one hell of a lift what is it 4"?

i have 215/75R15's on my lifted legacy and they only rub when pinned on turning and that's just enough to know they are rubbing the tires clear the struts by 1" you'll need wheel spacers if you wanna run m/t's on the stock 14" rims want pics of the spacing i have offset specs too

it sounds like a damn honda to me i dont like it in back of the axle it heats the boot up. id like it out the back from cabin noise reasons (stock mounting maybe just up and over the axle? ill see what my options are when the sun comes out

i saw these awhile back anyone have input on them? i do love borla but usually can afford it this i can do or should i wait and have a exhaust completely made from someone like outback muffler in auburn?

you can usually hear if your "vent door" open and close if you put an ear down low under the glove box and move you heat control lever back and fourth fast on the gl's it made a flap sound on these new guys its quiet but you can hear it. heres a shot of the heater core tubes from the engine bay follow the two rubber hoses hooked up in the center (about 5 inches apart one on each side of the triangle that the eng/trans mount is hooked to) going through the fire wall http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4136/4768137568_f9f979d35f_b.jpg and what do you know a local is sellin one but here is what youll see when you look for it http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/pts/2192477502.html its inside looks like tiny radiator (incase ya didnt know)

i read ofter hours of searching and it ways the 21 spline is for the hatchback and brat some sites seem to mix the diameter and splines up which made it hard on me
