  5. the converters are whole the muffler was broken off and a cherry bomb was put in its place... it doesnt have the subaru sound maybe a video will help when i rev it sounds like a inline 4 not a flat 4 this is what i expect this is whats i have mine sounds more like a honda:dead: i do think i answered my own question its the glass-pack ive had one on a subaru before and it didnt take the pom pom pom pom pom pom and turn into a woooombaaaa (exhaust sounds )
  6. of the car or exhaust system? i painted a pretty good picture.. if ya want one of the exhaust ill have to crawl under the ru later today
  7. I have lifted 98 wagon and im curious about the exhaust.. it has the cats and a cherry bomb. but it sounds nothing like a subaru is this common on the 2.2?
  8. i saw you today in Buckley didnt know it was you till i passed
  9. I put a full quad rail on it with bi-pod fore-grip and collapsible 6 position stock also had a 4lb trigger job and a green laser mount on the barrel for bore to dot accuracy. Apposed to the standard non scope-able wood grain classic i just happen to be an expert shot so says the army:rolleyes: what exactly were you trying to do make me look dumb or did you really not know what tactical meant?
  10. lol thats my new wagon thats actually the reason why i was interested. it looks like a wrx has rigid snow tires and bbs rims with a full size hood scoop its lifted 3"- 4"
  11. Yesterday i saw a lifted white impreza wagon it had rally armour mud flaps and a nice dual tip exhaust i couldnt tell what brand. it was just awesome i was wondering if he was a member here saw him on my way to my daughters swimming lessons (covington/kent area)
  12. i kept the parts for memories it was nice out and fun. i was prepared i had 2 mre's and 2 gallons of fresh water along with a nice tool set and a tactical AK47 that went onb all of my trips anyways i dont wanna hijack just relating to good time on the trail
  13. ive had something similar happen on white river in enumclaw I hit a BIG rock goin through small section of the river. Kept truckin ignoring the clunking. continuing to the sand bar. I went to back into a spot and my subaru dropped on the sand the control arm was twisted and my wheel/strut flopped out to the side.. it was epic i was by myself i stayed with my subaru for 2 days till i fixed it by jacking it up digging holes cutting logs to the right height to put in the holes and support the subaru. i ended up pulling another control arm off of one of the two subarus that were out on the trail littered with bullet holes and flipped upside down.. What luck good times on the trail:grin:

  22. I put bombz seats in my ea71 id would in the 82 as well but if i could get a whole set of wrx seats (front and back) and bolt it in with out too much modification on the rears it would be worth the trouble time and money
  23. awesome thanks im 6'1" at 200lbs im more worried about the back seats tho
  24. you just made my day.. is there a cut off year for the wrx? and thats from and back?
