Nope. Just cut about an inch off the front inside and back inside of the front fenders and hammered them flat. For the back i cut as close as i could to the weather striping on the door and hammered it flat. It doesnt rub while driving, but it will barely rub if i get wild with it.

Thats supposed to say trimmed the fenders not to fenders

I have 91 loyale 4 wheel drive 3 speed. 2inch lift with 235/75/15 on chevy 6 lug. The ej motor and trans are out of 93 legacy. Auto trans. All the guy has is the motor and trans. No car.

300 for the ej trans and motor. im gonna have to some more research. I want more horses in the loyale. 90 hp isnt cuttin it

I was thinkin about just goin with the ej trans with the ej motor. What i dont know is if the ej trans will fit my driveshaft. Also will the crossmembers from my 91 fit with the ej motor and trans.

Ok so i found this on craigslist. Its a 93 legacy 2.2 with the trans. No car just motor and trans. my question is will this work with my driveshaft and rear end. I know this is probably all in a post somewhere.

So ive been doing alot of reading the last couple of days about doing the ej swap on a 91 loyale 4x with an auto trans. Id love the extra power but i was just wondering what some opinions of the swap were. Just lookin for opinions. Thanks guys

I see thay generaldisorder said that the nissan alt would work from an 87 to 94 maxima. My question is, is the alternator the same from a 96 maxima. I looked at oreilly's autoparts website and the looked the same. I was just looking for conformation on this. thanks for the input ahead of time.

Lets hear some opinions on this ride. I think its a nice ride. Just wonderin what it would be worth. I would love to have it but my funds are pretty low and I dont know what i would do about a transmission. Can anyone guess the year of this car. This is what the ad said: 87? Subaru 4WD No title or key. Ran when parked, was told needs brake work and exhaust was noisy. New tires (13"), needs cleaning, not pretty. Im guessing 90 or 91...
