  1. Just picked up the clutch...comes WITH the pilot bearing as well!
  2. u had me on the straights...but not in the corners...
  3. Hmmmmmmmmm.....maybe thats why my RX is gettign ~32 MPG's and keeps up with stock WRX's with no issue.
  4. believe it or not, its the SAME clutch as the EA82 4WD stuff. I got an XT6 set to use in my wagon once...and it was identical in every way to the stock RX or other 4WD EA82 set.
  5. i had a straight pipe going out the side when i fist got my TWE stuff. I did let off right there and was boosting 15 or so.
  6. 200 for stage 2, and 225 for stage 3.
  7. Ummm...whats that? is that a fuel cloud there on the right?
  8. or and yes I know we do not have map sensors.
  9. hm. more fuel pressure. where's my 450's at?????
  10. Bump for that.... has any built one yet?
  11. OMG...... for me...and bump for fuel cut stuff.
  12. So...what voltage do we know is the Fuel cut triggered at? Its time to build a fuel cut defender. the issue with this is... at that voltage...is the ECU already dumping max fuel, or what? or lemme rephrase... at 9 psi...is the engine using the smae amount of fuel as at 13 psi? would adding the FCD in mess up the fuel delivery, as in lean it out and upper RPM's/higher than 9psi boost?
  13. one of the cav solenoids behind the drivers side strut tower might be bad, or not plugged in correctly. also the vac lines to the actuator on the tranny might be off or hooked up wrong as well.
  14. that and i need to replace some bushings in the shift linkages anyhow....tranny it is then.
  15. Secret! :-p Its a place here in town that does alot of brake and clutch work.
  16. So...since I will have a full shop setup at my disposal...with a lift...should I drop the tranny, or pull the engine?
  17. The AWIC's also only came on the turbo Legacy's that we never got here in the US of DM.
  18. Ummmm.....no NAWZ for me, thanks. :-p
  19. impact would help as well. I used a 1/4" drive 8MM deepwell on it...attached to a real impact gun...zipped them right out.
  20. so the driver has synthetic oil in it as well? :-p
  21. "stage 2" which is 40%~45% over stock holding ability...stock I'd say is around 150~160...so that puts it at 210~230 hp max holding for this said clutch. Its supposidly a kevelar faced disc on both sides, along with an uprated pressure plate. Kit also includes the throwout bearing. I'll be picking it up tomorrow and installing it sometime this week...BEFORE the dyno day in Atlanta on saturday.
  22. I'll ask about an EA82 'stage 2' setup when I pick up my EA82 stage 2 tomorrow.
  23. So i took BOTH my rear axles out and changed out the boost and grease on the DOJ's...after the gravel excursion the boots were toast and they started clicking... So...after 1 hr...the axles were removed, serviced and back in and the car was on the ground. Now the axles are happy again...no more click and its all smooth back there.
