  1. i got some toys today.. VF11 turbo and a huge frikin 3" HKS downpipe..its all coming together:headbang:
  2. links are good...the car ran fine before this..new battery and replaced the alt. awhile back..when i turn the car "on" the charge & the rest of the idiot lights come on as normal.. so why is my constant 12v at my radio out and my car not running? i think they might be related
  3. wow..nobody:confused: sorry this isn't an easy "cone filter Q's" thread:rolleyes:
  4. your body style and engine are refered to a EA82..you have the SPFI engine 85-89 gl.dl.rx, 90-94 loyale oh and even though you have a cam on each side its not a DOHC, your car is a SOHC....there are 2 heads...
  5. see 2nd page *a quick note first* well last week as i was packing to go on a litle 3 day va-ca, i turned the key once to listen to some music..cd player didn't turn on.. i pulled the deck. i got nothing with a test light at my 12v constant wire (that or deck ground "may" have come out of the crimp. the radio fuse did not blow well fast foward to the problem i go to leave and the car doesnt start it will turn over but just not fire and run..tried a few things..still wouldn't run..so i got pissed and let it sit. so the other day i got out the test light again and started probing around coil- fine both sides of fusable links-fine fuses underneath dash-all fine, on both sides......except.... the charge fuse! i pulled the fuse, it looked perfect but i threw in a new one. the problem is i am not getting a reading at either side of the charge fuse and im still not getting anything at the radio's 12v constant so where do i go from here...my last option is to use my old gl dash wirring as a "real life" wiring diagram to start tracing the wires coming off the charge fuse. any tips would be great
  6. just to let everyone know... i am right next to the portland airport
  7. well since it seems mark has a #7303 have him send it to you to make copies.. and..WOOT WOOT THIS IS POST 1,000 and thats me not being a post whore LOL
  8. guess who just got a refund! LOL i do have a grant to momo adaptor...however grant doesnt make one for an EA82.. i even sent them an email asking what it would take to get them made and i got a big no!
  9. woops looks like i got a little excited..oh well its through paypal..if i dont get it i'll get my money back
  10. damn i should buy one..... every single place online that has that momo listed, doesn't have 7303 in stock and can't get it.
  11. when was that on ebay!? i spent months upon months searching the web and calling nearly 60 stores to see if anyone had #7303 collecting dust on their shelves (since the ea82 adpator #7303 was discontinued)
  12. well i finally got the prices... right now it going to cost $680 for 6 hub adaptors shipped airmail..this is because they need to manufactor more, specificly for us...now there is a chance that since the company is changing ownerships it may be cheaper later..or if there is a larger group buy.
  13. **update on the RX wagon** so after months of my baby completely stripped, and looking disgusting, I finally installed the Gl-10 carpet, front & rear seats (as most of you know what happen'd to the inside:( )...seatbelts and door panels soon..this is was all possible because of an A+ guy in utah willing to pull all the parts off the car I bought, and Northwet being the deleviry service.THANKS GUYS! i can somewhat drive it around, however my turbo is shot..my new turbo (VF11) should be here by the end of the week...when i get my next paycheck im picking up a down pipe. possible an Invidia, ERZ, or Stromung. this WCSS it wont be on a trailer...
  14. old style 85-86 Very few new style 87-89 colored 90-94 none
  15. just to clear up some things... 85-86 had the OLd style bumpers, which very few had the bottom half painted. In 87 the switched to the newer style bumpers nearly all got painted on the bottom half. ............ however, europe, japan, etc. did not get the new bumpers in 87. so thats why the old style painted are seen alot more overseas
  16. just got a couple questions..if i remember corectly it bolts up to the stock up-pipe and you have to use a different downpipe..a wrx downpipe will work right?anything else that needs to be modified? i want to know details before i commit to to a purchase of one...
