  1. Could I just throw on some washers and longer bolts for the trailing arm bracket drop? Or should I go get the read deal, or make some spacers from 2x1ish steel tubing. Thanks- CL
  2. What tire size is that? Also, what amount of body panel sacrifice are we talking? Because I already have 2 of those size tires that I got for free from the monster brat
  3. is this with just outback struts, or Springs and struts? Sorry for pestering everyone, I had this down pat for my old impreza but she has passed and now I have my leggy.
  4. I hear the 99 outback rear struts have a higher rear spring perch?
  5. What size tires can I put on a 99 LGT lifted with 99 outback struts? And what could I fit with struts and Springs from the same model?
  6. Nope, I took off the metal bit where the butterflies are and moved it to get to the knock sensor, along with the snorkus
  7. SOLVED I replaced my knock sensor by taking off the intake and then the throttle body since I have very big hands, and now when I turn it on the car goes to 5k rpm and stays there. Any ideas? I also relocated the knock sensor to a higher position as per suggestion somewhere on rs25, do you think that's the problem?
  8. Just bought a 99 LGT and am looking to lift it. I know I have to throw on outback struts, but I don't know if I should be doing the same year or a different one
  9. I live in michigan, capital of the rust belt.
  10. Had an imp..... Totaled it. I'd be going for a cheapo brat anyways
  11. Isn't that like, incredibly dangerous, and unreliable?
  12. The rust is apparently contained to the brat, so thats good news.
  13. Wanna buy it..? $800 and it comes with an extra tranny, and a shitton of extra parts, 6 extra rims and already lifted 2 inches. If you're interested let me know, I could probably meet you somewhere in the middle of the state if you want.
  14. I paid 500. And I do have another brat to throw on it. I also stick to private property almost exclusively. Also have access many parts for rather cheap, and my uncle lives Jeep, so I've got that too.
  15. I'm in Michigan, and this isn't gonna be seeing the road without a trailer under it!
  16. https://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/4678119575.html Today I secured this beauty, and am going to pick up on saturday. It sits on a wagoneer frame. Thoughts? Suggestions? Also... anyone wanna buy my old brat?
  17. No price difference, just "we're paying for your stuff you get to deal with safety instead of driving a brat as a DD"
  18. I hat airbags too, but my parents like them, and they pay for insurance.
