thinking of buying a legacy
i'm pretty good with the old school soobs but i need a dd and my six is quickley becoming a trailer queen i'm thinking of buying a gen 1 legacy i don't have one in mind yet but i'm wondering what are some common problems to look for and avoid etc. also curiouse as to what i should expect for gass milage out of one

tire cupping is common on evrey car i drive it's because i corner to fast, and my alignment is shot. on the other hand, we have bgd's post there is a differance between tow different brands of cars haveing a similiar problem and some guy hitting a bump and blaming it on somthing else, for gods sake how does a bicycle cough?

ya dude i don't even own an ea82 and i know about this do a search it has somthing to do with the spfi pcv system. this reminds me of this thing, some guy just posted about just discovering the redrilled chevy rim like a week or two ago

Why isn't an EA82 a raging "hot rod"?
i'll stop when his worthless posts stop just to be blunt with it he's the problem here. he acts like he's god and and we should all take his word as such, i have no pity and will continue to berate and abuse him until he atleast accepts that it is important to create a theory then try to disprove it and if you fail it may be true, where as his way where he says somthing like this:"there is electrical corrision on my wheel nuts, there for electricity must be making it's way through the frame to the nuts then from the nuts to the ground." when posts defiying logic stop i'll stop i hate to gang up on people but he brings it all upon himself no pity here, i'll stop when he does jeff

selling and buying sub...need advice.
ea82's are no less reliable then any other subaru engine but they have timing belts unlike the ea71. this just means they are a little more expensive to maintain and they do have an affinity for killing head gaskets evrey 150,000 miles, but that's about it as far as differances go
