  6. i'm stumped my xt-6 runs fine, but it is verfy hard to get it started you have to pump the gas and crank it for atleast 15-20 seconds before it will start
  7. the tdo4 comes off of a wrx, and the ea82 is sohc
  8. operating temp for an 02 sensor is like 6-900 degrees, most cars exhaust is not hot enough at idle to get accurate readings, thats why most newer cars use heated o2 sensors,
  9. definatly looks cool i'm sorry i'm really tired i'll edit the first one tommorow to make more sense night all
  10. that looks like fun i wish we had mud like that around here
  11. it's because you don't have a wideband o2 sensor, standard o2 sensors just read rich or lean thus the bouncing a wideband will give you an accurate readding of how lean or how rich, or you can just us it to keep an eye to make sure evrey thing is normal
  12. i'm scared now, i mena i worked on it and it actually runs:headbang: congrats mike
  13. that sounds like the mess i found on my six's drain plug after i blew second gear, i wish i still had the pics of that
  14. i think the suibaru 1600 was built into a rally car but i could be crazy
  15. on the front diff yes, tranny plug no, on my friends aerostar we found a bearing race stuck to it, he sold that van really fast for some reason, i found a 1inch tooth off the pinion on the rear diff on my truck once, that was fun
  16. that's a good theory it suddenly puts the cheese wedge into perspective, right mike?
  17. i have no clue but it would be a better idea to put this in the new gen forum this is the 80's forum
  18. he has one stick for 4wd and anouther stick for hi and low, so he can use low 2wd for getting started on hills and such
  19. i've heard of this dr krazy has a twin stick for his lifted sedan for 2wd low, he blows front axels left and right, since he did it
  20. i don't know how it works on an ea81 but in my xt-6 i just layed down on the floor,it's difficult don't get me wrong, but i just reached up and unplugged it from the back of the cluster, it was tight but ont hand will fit and you can feel what your doing, then fed the new cable in from the front and had my friend push while i lined it up with the "plug, or bung thingy" in the back of the dash and it went right in, keep in mind it's very tight i scraped my self up pretty good doing it, but it was still like 10 min total vrs pulling the whole dash, also this was on an xt-6, so i'm not sure how well it will relate
