o2 sensors are made to have a "swing", this is the rich/lean swing as you describe. By having voltage vary from 0.00 - 0.999, it bounces from rich (0.99 volts) to lean (0.00 volts) to aquire an average 0.45 volts, equivelant to 14.7:1 stoichiometric ratio.

is there anything else we need to know? dremel sounds too easy for porting and polishing
-
I've never ported or polished anything and was wondering if there were any certain processes to follow when doing this. been considering P/P my turbo and heads also, what kind of "grind bits" work best? do i need multiple? how bout carbide burrs? i know they can take alot off quickly, but that might be the issue? how bout P/P my VF2? bore out the wastegate? anything? thanks

If i can remember right, the RHF's are different than the RHB. RHF = new school RHB = old school Eh, such things as: stock boost setting max avail. boost setting EGT tolerances basically anything that can distinguish specs between a VF2, VF7, VF11, VF39, etc etc etc -

I couldnt disagree more.. You dont need all of that. I run a 9.5:1 now (SPFI) @ 8 psi without any problems -
those solenoids go bad all the time

alaska that is

basically, when you get into deep mud, anything that can drag WILL! the diff bracket tends to drag alot... guess ill be doing this mod myself and reportin back
-
nope, wouldnt be a bad idea though, thx for the idea
-
could be because im only running 2 psi .. i did run it to 10 psi and experienced some bogging (lack of fuel im guessing) until i turned it down to around 6 psi
-
havent hit a fuel cut yet
-
simple.. there would be less drag if the "blades" were 4 inches higher simply by flipping the bracket upsidedown
