January 21, 201214 yr Thursday, Ice rain hit and made a lot of trees and plants in our neigborhood fall over. This caused the power to go out. Bamboo plants in my yard. A large tree in our driveway bent over and broke off. Thawed out the Brat and have been using it to run errands these past snow-filled-days. The snow is like second nature to this thing. I see idiots everywhere that are stuck or driving five miles an hour. I wave to them as I pass them. I love my subie. The power finally came back on today. Way to go PSE.
January 22, 201214 yr Mine's on the left Nice choice, I love my polaris my last one made it to 16,000 miles! This is from pic is from last years trip to Maine I go every year (except this year, my class load is too heavy ) Mine's on the right, dad's is on the left. I'm going to break this beast out some tomorrow
January 22, 201214 yr Sweet! Yeah I have always been a Polaris fan. Let me know the next time you come up to go riding. I live right on the lake, so I have trails everywhere. Had a ton of fun today, put a lot of miles on, and did some exploring as well.
January 22, 201214 yr Snow, freezing rain, snow, now heavy rain to make it a big mess! had to dig out the turn around spot: Our landlords car (which we dug out): The road out is down there... Car all iced up from driving in freezing rain between snow storms: No action shots since my wife didn't want to get out and tramp through the snow to get shots going town the driveway and I can't blame her! The roads were terrible the last two days. 25 miles of thick snowpacked and rutted roads with ice potholes everywhere! -Kevin
January 24, 201214 yr warmed up 35 degrees so its 15 degrees out and we got some snow but i didn't get a chance to get any pics. ill get a drift video soon.. its Alaska so i bet its going to snow again
January 26, 201214 yr here's a couple... one from a snowstorm in '10, and then one where I got stuck by my casa a couple weekends ago
February 6, 201214 yr Well not pics but how about a video? I bought it off subafly for $100 dragged it home. stuck another engine and swapped a few parts and I only have about $250 including my transferr fees, tabs, tune up, and new heater hoses. Win? Edited February 6, 201214 yr by Resortx
