Did any of them come without jump seats? Maybe this is just before they had the seats installed.

I think we had this conversation regarding this photo some time earlier... these are 86 or 87, based on the sedans, hatches and no rear seats.

I think everyone can appreciate this picture. It's probably already on here somewhere since it's so cool.

Cool Pic!, but kinda' sad as well, seeing these these Brats with no jump seats means they were 86 or 87's and near the end for the U.S. Market! :-/

Brats only came with Jump Seats for the USDM only, due to the "Chicken Tax" they were sold in USA 'til 1987, while many countries in the rest of the world got them available 'til 1994.  So, that photo could be the stock sent to Latin America / Australia \ Europe / Asia, etc...

Kind Regards.

Looking high above Golden, BC. Took a date there for the night and now she won't let me be. Not sure if it was the view or the car. A full moon too!

Was brought up about 2 years ago on the 2nd page of my 85 brats build thread. Subaru of America posted the picture on their facebook page so i copied it to my thread for the people who hadn't seen it. My 85 could likely be one in the picture since it didn't come with rear seats.

Here's my digital snow camo '90 Loyale(I call it the war wagon) It leaves people in neck braces all over town, if you know what I mean.  :D I got it 4 years ago as a pretty worn out car, before I could legally drive. I love looking back and remembering when she didn't start, didn't have 4 matching wheels/tires, didn't pass DEQ or have even remotely current tags, etc. I will NEVER sell or trade this, its so much more than your average car to me. It's a one of a kind landmark in Subaru's history, and it has character that you just cant beat.. You could tell me its ugly a million times, and I'd smile a million and one. I love hearing what people have to say, its the best part. Pardon the phone quality pics, hopefully they work(never really posted pics before)

I like your mudflap extensions -how'd you do that?

The digi-camo is cool and unique, too!

Cool paint scheme, LoyaleSmith! I love it! I wonder what that would look like in desert colors. Hmmmmm......

I'm curious, are those wheels 13" or 14"?

Thanks, MR_Loyale! That is Awesome!

I believe '85 was the last year with rear seats... My '85 BRAT has factory seats.
