Ahhh, it's just a vacuum unit? Idk it just seems different looking to me on this vehicle than on my own. This is a very nice low mile loyale on ebay I was looking at.

Definitely not air suspension seeing how the compressor and air tanks are inside drivers front fender. it's what 'TheLoyal' said it is.

I think there's something else mounted to that bracket. But yea, the black thing with the white cap and 2 vacuum lines going to it is a vacuum canister for the HVAC system (the doors that direct air to the different vents are vacuum actuated)

There is also a fuse or relay on that bracket, I forget which it is. I dunno if it is also for the HVAC system or not.

My 89 has that too, and it used to have AC. Always wondered what the fuse by the vac canister was..

its the blower/heater/a/c relays i had trouble with those on my 93 loyale sedan
