March 30, 200620 yr Roni spotted this so we swung by and took some pics... any history on this? I've seen the ski team wagon, but this is a new one.
March 30, 200620 yr Forgive me, but that looks like a picture of a skiier on the side......:-\ Not a bicycle:drunk:
March 30, 200620 yr What part of town did you see this car? That is a really nice looking one.Never seen one of those.Wonder what year it is?Maybe '85? Nice job taking pics.
March 30, 200620 yr Subaru sponsored several teams. I've seen a "bike wagon" before, but I think it was a Legacy....
March 30, 200620 yr Forgive me, but that looks like a picture of a skiier on the side......:-\Not a bicycle:drunk: Looks like a guy hunched over on a bike to me.
March 30, 200620 yr hm. from the looks of it, that could be a bike on the other one. I can't see its details but the stencil of the athlete on the door is obviously different... and of course nobody here would put it past any car manufacturer to make a custom decal for such publicity... and the red/blue scheme is sorta reversed. Get some closer pics! Preferably with a couple of bicyclists next to it so it looks like the ad.
March 30, 200620 yr You shoulda gone and knocked on the door and asked about it..It wears the green colorado plates, and the number is low. I bet they have owned it for years!
March 30, 200620 yr I copy/pasted and blew it up 300% ... it's a bike. Couldn't read the legends tho, they got too fuzzy in IE.
March 31, 200620 yr Author Sorry... I'll drive more up their driveway next time:grin: It is a bike, I'm not crazy, I done seen this with my own two eyes and took pics with my phone... Next time I head down to Ronis I'll take a real camera and get caught trespassing. Its at about alameda(not spelled correctly) and wads

March 31, 200620 yr Hehehe "Subaru - An American Company".......im new to this but which bit of Subaru is American?Other than that its a nice wagon KELTIK well i don't know if this counts for anything but i think subaru has a manufacturing plant here in the states.
March 31, 200620 yr I've seen this wagon around, but I am a cyclist and notice things like that. Great looking wagon though. Share the Road:headbang:
March 31, 200620 yr Yeah, Subaru has a plant in Indiana, they're building the B9s and Legacies there... but the B9 kinda flopped (what a suprise)...Now that they are partnered with Toyota (more like Toyota owns 8.7%ish of Subaru) they are going to build Camrys there too. Smart on Subaru's part.
April 1, 200620 yr well i don't know if this counts for anything but i think subaru has a manufacturing plant here in the states. Lafayette, IN. subaru legacy is built there. the BAJA is built EXCLUSIVELY there as well for those of you with legacies look for the indiana logo on the side windows
