UPDATE!!! We went yesterday(Saturday) and there will have to be some minimum requirements... Snow tires will be required for AWD vehicles. 4WD trucks must have good tires! No baldies! Anyone running swampers should be OK. You will need extra clothes, shovels, food and extraction equipment(ie, shovels, straps, sand etc). And most importantly, common sense. Vehicles that do not have these things will not be allowed to travel with us. Don't mean to be harsh but safety is a bigger concern than upsetting someone.

November 22, 200619 yr Well that sucks... I always look forward to these each year but I will be racing in the wild west rally the 2nd and 3rd. Lame!
November 22, 200619 yr I thought that date looked familiar. I was going to volunteer as a corner marshall, now I have a choice to make, sitting in the cold rain watching the occasional rally car flash by, or frollicking in the snow with a bunch of friend.

I land sunday morning, and will be picking up bits for the swap in portland that afternoon, and will be getting axles later in the week. Which should spell sucess by saturday.
November 23, 200619 yr hmmm..... big maybe here... I dont need a tree (I use plastic trees :-p ) and that weekend is the motorcycle show at the qwest thingy... I dont know what day I will have for doing what.. but I will see.... at least the legacy has snow tires and it drives now

I was going to help out that same day, but the roads might be too muddy for them to even run it. We'll see...
