I'm nearing 241,000

I get around 26-29 MPG

I've almost hit 300 miles to the tank which will set a new record with me and the car (having 5th gear is a great savings!) and not bad being a mix of highway/city driving.

I've got over 257,200 miles (put a few more on since the picture was taken). Still just a baby. :) Put ~5,000 miles on her since I bought her in April, and plan to drive her until she dies. :)

I didn't know the Justy only had a 6 digit odometer! WTF?

What is that stalk to the right of the steering wheel? Windshield wipers? It almost looks like an auto trans column shifter which led to the curiosity;

Anybody know of *any* subarus that had column shifters?

cruise control.

thats cool i have never seen an older subie like that with cruise

After my weekend road trip, I'm just a few miles shy of 252,525 miles on my 98. Low mileage 2.2 running mint, and the original auto tranny working like a boss.

Got her in August '09 with 150k on her and have been on numerous road trips. Still going strong.

No pics, but...

My 2005 Legacy 2.5i wagon has 135,444 and my wife's 2005 Impeza 2.5RS has 88,001.

86 GL10 Turbo wagon with 395,000, and still looks like it just rolled off the assembly line.

94 Loyale, 117K miles. Got it at 103k less than a year ago. Drive it 400 miles a week or more, and get about 27 mixed.

Great scott! 650k? That's alot of miles!

Mine has to measly 224,746 after returning home from a road trip.

You can bet that they don't take it near a Subaru mechanic because they are trying to take the DL/GL/Loyale off the road by sabotaging the heck out of the cars.

this is the 92 Legacy I just got fixed (Thanks General Disorder) it had a blown clutch and a bad transmission, bought it from a co-worker a few months ago, it's been sitting for over 3 years, and is going to have a sit a while longer before I can switch over the title, and get it registered.

the engine has been replaced as well as the transmission and it runs like a top with no abnormal noises.

millage so far is 271,662

So if it has a replaced engine and transmission... Mileage isn't really a meaningful number anymore.

nope, just on the body, and that's pretty solid, I'm learning with these subaru's that millage doesn't really mean anything.

I was told the replaced engine has something like 150,000 on it, as best they could guess,

GD did the clutch, tranny and rear diff, those have something like 150,000 on them he was told,

parts are a dime a dozen so if the engine or tranny goes, it goes back GD to get fixed again ...I think this car is gonna be around a while.

what little I have driven the car, (just around the farm so far) it feels really solid.

it still needs tires (their bald) and the car is nasty filthy inside and out from sitting so long, but a good interior clean and presser wash should solve that problem.

My 98 legacy has 254k on the car and tranny, about 100k less on the engine, and about 200k less on the rear diff. Heh.

My 89 GL... Odo says 151k. It doesn't work. And no parts are original. So mileage is a useless measurement there.

Wish we could say that around here.

I'm up to 67,000 in my GL!!! Put 9,000 miles on it in the past month.
