Here is some pictures of the [HTi] Suba-crew in some mud, a little sand, and some "urban off-roading" as we call it. I'm in the Sooberator (wagon) and we got L.A. in The Hatch (hatch).

L.A. was pretty stuck... but he just laid into it, and with his L.D. he got himself out.

this would be the affects of an 8 foot razor back

Still, I drove it out (through the dunes) to the party, and back the next morning...

Yea that day was a lot of fun. As u can see, my hatch is winning no beauty contests. That is the result of some fearless wheeling. What we call balls out tearing ************ up.

HELL YEAH AWESOME PICS AND VIDEOS!!!!!!:headbang: Showing up the toyota yeah baby!

looks like you guys are havin fun there keep us posted on further events SJR

Maybe I'm alone in this, but that doesn't even look fun. it's just destructive, in every sense of the word.

Maybe im alone on this(doubt it) But i think being destructive is pretty damn fun. I've broke everything i've had since i was knee-high. How else do you know how strong it is, before you break it.

I say rock on head trauma inc, keep on breaking $hit.

I do say, dont do anything to illegal though

Soobmater, you are CORRECT!!!! I break crap all the time. and while it does make me sad to see a soob killed, I didn't see any dead soobs in the vids or the pics so I was a happy camper after viewing those fine pieces of artwork. and no matter how hard you thrash a soob on the trails, it'll never cause as much damage as a full size pickup with 33" swampers slowly devouring hill after hill... rutting the earth like a 2 year olds fingers through a birthday cake. it's just a soob, what's it gonna do? lighten up guys. at least they're not out commiting serious crimes. You Rock HTi.

Imagine how much better it would be with good tires on it! Just some snow tires would be all you'd need.

*edit* I guess the moderators are editing the thread some more...

That's it. I'm keeping my wagon.

I was going to sell my '81, but I can't now. That just looks too dang fun. Who needs only "nice" cars. Thank you for the inspiration.

Maybe I should keep the hatch, too...

Dude deffinatly keep ur hatch and lift it. lifted hatches are the ************. I'am currently lifting a Gen one brat. Its getting the entire motor and drivline and suspensions out of that hatch u see in the pic.

I'm split on this one...

If a car is beyond repair then I have no problem trashing it.

However if you beat it up, you can't play with it any more. :-\

If you treat the car in such a way that it will last longer

and enjoy it longer and keep the repair bills down...:)

Looking at these pics, these look in pretty bad shape to begin with.

My Hatch was in way better shape when I carved it up and I still treat

it with respect. ....and it still runs great....

Like I said, I'm kinda up in the air on this one...

I dont know what your talking about! the cars May look all beat-up and trashed, but thats just looks. My wagon, and Savage's hatch have always ran great! with a certain level of maintenance, of course. We see it as a testament to Subaru's durabability, and never ending suprises. And don't forget, respect is in the eye of the beholder...maybe this is how we think our cars should be respected...hehehe:headbang:
