Almost!

BTW, I'm thinking of having some sort of "open house" next weekend (not this weekend) if anyone nearby wants to stop by to see the paint job.

Wow, it's going to be beautiful!

I'll get more photos of the fenders/valence/trunk etc. later probably next weekend, and push it outside for better lighting too.

WOW!!! :slobber::slobber:

that's pretty much all I have to say.....

Oh.....my......god.

I think I now need to change my undies.

Steve, that car has turned out to be an amazing project. I'm very happy for you that you've been able to get the body completely done up and looking as good as it does.

A major tip for you to help keep it looking as nice once its back together. Invest in a couple rolls of the wide masking tape and mask off around all the jams when installing the fenders, doors, and other sheetmetal. It'll prevent it from getting scratched while installing sheetmetal and even some in the right spots can help prevent scratches when finishing up the mechanical portion of it.

Thats the plan, one step ahead of you on that one :)

I don't plan on touching it for a couple weeks to make sure the paint is nice and solid before I start doing anything. It still smells like fresh paint too, the garage is quite toxic now, LOL!

Wow almost finished! Looks unbelievably spectacular! I re-read this thread from beginning to end today at the office, and got NOTHING done. LOL!!
