i would like to get a shift boot

i would like a set... but i need a good driverside seatbelt first... the spring mechanism is gone... is that fixable or do i have to get a new seatbelt???

 

in any case if anybody could help me remedy this problem it would be great... then i will buy the covers...

Yeah I want a set for my 78 Brat. Winter will be here soon and I don't want my belts goin bad! Last winter I just took them out so they would not suffer in the weather.
