yeah i have had trouble fixing my speedo cable...(EA81) i know where to plug it into the back of the cluster.....its just the whole getting my hand up there(which fits) and unscrewing the little thing in the back of the cluster(on there F**king tight) are there any helpful hints on getting thet thing to unscrew? yes i have tried fitting the pliers up there and there isnt enough room.

well all in all it was a good experience to learn....ive been a lot more careful and practicing my power slides and drifts in safe areas.....another ten feet forward and i would have been sinking in a frozen pond

well i was basically just stupidity...im suprised nobodies yelled at me yet...come on! make me feel bad!!!!! i was not thinking and i just went and the brakes locked(another stupid) and i slid off....i actually would have done absolutly no damage if i dodnt try to get out...i was the only one in the car and now i am being a lot smarter about driving

alrighty well everytime i got out wheelin i find some other crap thats funny on the car......now im getting horrible gas mileage i dont have a speedo rite now but a couldnt have put more than 60miles down and i burned half a tank!!!!!!

no no no no no...... u guys have it all wrong......my '84 has a tranny from an '81... and IT IS BOGGING from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th..... when i shift out of 2nd its at nearly redline.. and coming into 3rd its 26oo-2700rpm:eek: its way to wide....all the other ea81's ive been in shift out at 4200 and come into 3300 or some SH*T like that.....

sounds like a similar problem to mine..... i think my carb is toast

i want one but i dont have any money.....im selling my pugs so i should have funds after that....GD i didnt mean changing the ratios... im saying that the gears are a little longer that they should be... might just be the tranny.........loyale 2.7 turbo....,my cousin just left for 3 weeks to honduras:)

yeah dude i think maybe.....well actually i was gonna try to get a hold of u for a wheeling trip/wrenchfest out at my place. good wheelin and stuff.....i went wheeling to day and slide off the side of the road and snapped my drivers side mirror, taillights from hitting the fence and bent my push bar straight out pulling me out of the bottomless pit.....im more pissed....but hey live and let learn rite?....anyways yeah the carb still runs like crap and ill try to tighten everything i can on the carb.....oh yeah i got another question for the board...i was driving my wagon in 4th gear today and my gearing is extremely too wide...i was shifting out of 2nd at almost redline and third gear picks up at like 2700rpm:eek: and the same goes for 4th gear.....correct me if im wrong but dont u adjust the coil to get better ratios? and how do u do it? ....thanks -D
