  7. flashing power mode light indicates a code is stored, meaning for a code something has failed. could be a switch, could be a solenoid. SVX has problematic transmission from the get go, they all do, not a single one escaped a trans problem. - it can be fixed. prepare for some shock about the price to fix.....BIG TIME SHOCK
  8. there are guides that might have come out of place and rubbing on the belt
  9. 89-94 is round 95+ is square. but yeah just splice whatevr connector is needed, its just 2 wires to splice. SVX is square, but they have different mount system.

  12. aluminum oem wheels use lug nuts that are chromed, and the end is covered. These are not the correct nuts for oem aluminum wheels. I doubt it has anything to do with the studs, but EVERYTHING to do with the style of nut you chose to use. Get the right nuts and be done. like this
  13. 1500 sounds about right for the dealer near me. Over on nasioc we rip that dealer but still no coupons. we just dont got there for service anymore lol ramsey.
  14. oil/filter change for winter on my BRAT done today, pretty sure the last outing bashed my skidplate in enough as the 17mm socket was useless ib drain plug. usd my 17mm box end to put plug back.
  15. i can fit any chunk in any case, without ring gear attached. Its the part of when the ring gear is attached that the ears need ground off.
  16. http://www.rightdrive.ca/inventory_cars/view/201 all i can say is someone is very very lucky i didn't see this before they got to it. a tru 95 STi 555
  17. ring gears need to stay with the case they came from, put the ring gear back into its original with the pinion gear as it matches. LSD cases have the "ears" ground off on the 4 insides so it will fit in. Non lsd diff still have the "ears", so you need to grind those ears off the case for it to fit. I lke to use a high speed air grinder with diamond bit for my grinding. you will grind down just to the side cover bolt holds are starting to show up. Compare to a original lsd case you will see the bolt holes. make sure to stuff a rag over the pinion when grinding, and to use air compressor to blow it out and make sure its totally free of any debris.
  18. I dont live anywhere near a pawn shop. about 30 miles to the nearest one. I use Ebay for most my shopping.
  19. needs roof rack yours is really nice.
  20. Pionreer TS-162 works in most cars. they are just a dual cone but sound much better than a factory dual cone. the tweeter does not stick outward on this model and is a BEST choice. end of //
  21. 91 and 94 are the most desireable 91 cause it had vlsd rear and oll cooler for he ej22t 94 cause it was last year and had better headlighting and better interior ammenities. i owned a 92ss and it was awesome also owned a 93ss, 94TW, and a current 94ss liked the 94's most but would DIE for a 91 just could not find any.
