  1. For the first time ever, I'm praying for a foggy morning.
  2. Its a film that goes over the lamps pretty much. The bulbs are yellow bulbs. Mine are 55W, 12v, H3s.
  3. GD, making friends since 1979.
  4. Just got my fogs revamped. Got the yellow tint from headlightarmor.com http://www.headlightarmor.com/subaru-lighting-kits.aspx?page=5 And took RallyKeith's advice and went with the Optilux XY yellows. My headlights are Silverstars and will probably be getting some 4500k HIDs soon. Here are the pictures:
  5. You just need to swap your ooga horn back over and be done.
  6. All the ones that I just took off an EJ25 were 10mm.
  7. Thanks. So weird seeing that thing without a hood scoop. Is that an XT on the other side?
  8. Should've saved the pictures for reference. :-\ Here is the root of the site: http://www.goo-net.com/english/ Prepare for a world of hurt, especially when you get to the foresters.
  9. This is for an RS but it should be the same: http://www.rs25.com/forums/f105/t78972-diy-head-gasket-replacement.html I have a good friend who did my gaskets at his Subaru shop and got all my stuff done for $900 w/taxes. I called the two local Subaru dealers and was quoted 2k at one and $1500 at the other. If I will get to my tool shed sometime I will take pictures of my blown head gaskets for reference sake.
  10. Would like to see some more pictures of your Impreza. I too am about to change my factory seats for 03 WRX seats.
  11. Gray's post just about sums everything up for you. Keep up with the maintenance on it and it should take care of you. Make sure your tires are all the same size too. If not, consider a new set.
  12. I seen version 6 STi's going for cheaper. Makes me sad about things.
  13. Seen this while cruising Japanese classified ads: http://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp/used_eng/spread_n_w.cgi?goo_car_id=700060083420091113006&areacd=15&maker_cd=1045&car_cd=10451004&baitai=goo&car_cd_list=10451004&search_type=maker_search
  14. Looks great man. Makes the V8 look out of place in that shop.
  15. I have been talking to them personally and they are super helpful. The yellow stars are back ordered that the moment till next week is what they are telling me. I will also be going with yellow lenses on my fogs. I just emailed them inquiring about their Optilux fogs. http://www.headlightarmor.com/subaru-lighting-kits.aspx?page=5
  16. Thank you. I will be ordering some in the next few days.
  17. As anyone ran them in their fog lights? I am looking at getting a set for my RS fogs but would like to hear some feedback.
  18. Non-interference. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Does_the_Subaru_SVX_have_an_interference_engine
  19. I coated the gasket in black RTV when I changed the water pump on my brat. I suggest getting a new Subaru gasket.
  20. You don't have to remove anything, the picture is a wrx but you can get the gist.
  21. This is the best description I can give. While sitting in the car it will be just about vertical to your left knee right in the kick panel.
