  1. You could find you the front clip from a 99-01 2.5RS and swap all that over.
  2. CEL = Check Engine Light. If you do, take it to an auto parts store such as Auto Zone and have them pull the code for you, write it down, then post it here.
  3. Pros: Subaru made it. Cons: Head gaskets, loves to overheat, not worth the trouble, little performance potential.
  4. I tried several years ago to put an STi catback on a 91 Legacy. Its not a bolt up job. If you are wanting it that bad, spend about $60 and take it and the car to a muffler shop.
  5. The 2.5 is still available in the Legacy and its not a V6, its a horizontal 6. http://www.subaru.com/vehicles/legacy/index.html
  6. Thats amusing. When I was car shopping last year and comparing insurance rates for an 02-04 WRX wagon and my 2.5RS coupe, the difference with my insurance company was $20/6 months. Of course Im married, own a home and live right smack dab in the middle of the bible belt and all the cars on the road here are Chevy S-10s.
  7. I assume you are also asking about the bolt pattern. The pattern on your wagon is 5x100. The wheels that will not fit are SVX wheels and 05+ STi.
  8. I assume you are talking about the clock that is one the dash. Are you sure someone did not yank the clock out to put a gauge pack in there and just forgot maybe to hook the clock up when they sold it?
  9. Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
  10. I agree with GD. Tell them your car is an 84 so you can finally start running vented rotors.

  12. Those things look like a V6 STi grill.
  13. How many times did you pump the pedal, did you see fluid come out the bleeder screw?
  14. I would start here. Make sure that after filling the gas that you turn the cap till you hear the clicks.
  15. Not a bad deal. Sucks that it is a DL and is missing the Dual-Range and t-tops. Thing looks to be in great shape though. Congrats.
  16. Greetings from Crossville. (To your East) There is an independent Subaru shop in Clinton, TN if you are interested.
  17. Sorry, thats usually where I go for very specific RS questions. Let us know what you find out.
  18. Or borrow a friend for 30 minutes and have him get inside the car and pump clutch pedal to help you bleed the system.
  19. I order from them as well but my only beef is the minimum $7.00 shipping charge. I recently ordered a shifter joint and a blank key (separately) and had to pay the charge for a part that weights only a few ounces.
