  1. Just throwing this out here. How old is your alternator?
  2. I THINK this is what you need: You need number 8, the parts site shows it as "end cover right" and number 9 which are "end cover rivets"
  3. I believe your engine is the later EJ25 that will develop external head gasket leaks. Crawl under and see if you see coolant leaking from the cylinder heads.
  4. More than likely the replacement heater hose you got required you to "cut-to-fit". Make sure after installation that it is not rubbing against the steering linkage. You can rub a hole in one very quickly if it is touching. Fill it up with coolant and make sure and burp the cooling system properly.
  5. Don't know if anyone caught it or not. I glanced over and looked at what the wife was watching and caught glimpse of the father's golf cart. On the back of it were a set of BRAT jump seats even with handles. Talk about random.
  6. Not the first: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=85242
  7. I like it. I about bought one exactly like that when I was looking for a car last year. I found a 2.5RS coupe instead.
  8. Lifted sedans = win in this thread.
  9. I got a kick out of it. I would drive that wagon till the wheels fell off of it. I am sure you have been smelling something since it looked to have slung it all over the cat.
  10. Good to finally meet Subaru_dude in person today. Took him for a ride in my RS and gave his 93 Impreza wagon a good look over. Hated to be the bad one to break the bad news to him about the CV boot. Boy you should have heard him cuss. Nice guy.
  11. Jordan, thank you for sharing the pictures. I wished my BRAT had a paint job like your wagon does. Good to know you are happy with it.
  12. Create you an account on photobucket.com and upload your pictures there. Then paste the IMG code over here into a replied message.
  13. Correct. I have it in a technical service bulletin somewhere on my other laptop. I believe you are suppose to receive a beefier version of the washer clip that holds it to the carpet. I vote contacting your dealer.
  14. Ask here as well: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16
  15. Engine staying stock. I drive 100 miles a day to school and can't afford to have any down time. Once I graduate and land a job, then STi. I live on the Cumberland Plateau and you can get some great shots like that when you start down the mountain. Other than that, its all pine trees.
  16. His wagon is far from rice. I would give my RS for that thing.
  17. GD summed it all up for you. Your best bet is to stay in school, get a good job and save up for the WRX. Just please, do not rice out your Loyale. Its the same principle as putting a GT-R emblem on a Honda Civic. Making an econo box wagon into what it was never meant to be.
  18. Hope you got a good radiator going in that thing as well.
