I would like to see some behind the seat pics of the black car. (I don't know if I need to call it an EA82 BRAT or a wagon.) -
It took me a long time to learn this with a Brat that I use to own. I wish I would never have done it.

Thanks to MikeShoup. http://mshoup.us/docs/fsm/EA81/83/ Page 70 in the engine section. -
It does sound normal to me. I suggest making sure you have roll pins on the tranny side and that your axle nuts are tight on the wheel side.

intake manifold gaskets on ea82, 93 loyale
Durania replied to Loyale93v's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Do: buy your intake gaskets from the dealer. Don't: buy them from an auto parts store. -
anybody in NW ohio want to get rid of a sube?

How about posting in the wanted to buy section instead of the general subaru chat forums? -
It does sound like you are needing a clutch to me. You don't have to shop the Subaru parts department to get a OEM spec clutch. They are all Exedy clutches and you can get the OEM equivalent for alot less than buying from the dealer. I just had the clutch done in my 2.5RS and I chose to go with an independent Subaru mechanic and was very happy.

Interesting. Can you get some pictures of your engine bay from all sides?

I strongly suggest upgrading to a dual-core radiator for your car. If you are going to go the flushing route. Frank B suggested to me that I buy a garden hose replacement fitting, they are both 5/8. I took his advice and it did wonders for all the stuff that was flushed out. Here is what you will need to get: -
That's a good looking wagon.

Take your alternator off and you'll see what he is talking about.
