  1. 86 Hatch - Grover 90 4Runner - El Guapo 08 Forester XT Sports - Pig STi Not sure what I would name an SVX. I would need to drive it around for a bit
  2. Our '08 FXT has the hil holder. It will let go with the slightest lift of the clutch, and I mean very slight! Anyway, it doesn't seem quite right that your hill holder would be set to release after a given amount of time. Who knows how long you will need to sit at that stop sign or light! Get a second opinion.
  3. Auto Zone, or a similar auto parts store will order the Grant adaptor for your car. It will cost about $40 or so.
  4. I want a 4x6 set in the front. Like you said, it won't be a problem for the right side, but I was wondering how to do it for the stock location on the left. If you could send me those details of what you did for yours, I would appreciate it and will return the favor to the community by sharing the details when I dive into this project. My other thought was to use 4" components. I would mount the woofer in the factory dash locations, but the tweeters would be mounted up behind the vents. My plan is to get some 5.25" speakers in the back. I have a friend that loves to play with fiberglass and fabricate stuff... like, speaker mounts The sub, which is just a amplified Boss Audio thing designed to go under a seat, will just sit in the back. Nothing shnazzy, but can be easily consealed with a folded blanket or jacket.
  5. Got all the windows tinted finally. Next up is going to be rewiring and installing a new audio system with a small sub in the back.
  6. Sorry I missed out, all. Two early soccer games wipped me out
  7. Nice hatch! I would love to get my paws on those front mudflaps. j.
  8. It is supposed to start at 11 am. Anyone going? I plan to attend at this point with the hatch. Wife might bring the ForeSti for a bit too.
  9. Not a darn thing. Keep your eye out for any hatch that comes in. I need to rob it of a few items.
  10. Welcome. The LGT is a good car. My wife had an '05 GT Limited and it performed flawlessly for 45k, which is when we traded it for an 08 Forester. On roadtrips it would bring in anywhere from 26 to 30 mpg, and about 24 around town. I don't think you will regret buying a GT. j.
  11. I know that there have been issues with the caps on some 08 models. I do not know if that includes the later '07 model run. Anyway, it might be worth investigation.
  12. I have decided to get off my lazy arse and go find some parts for Grover. Anyone interested? SMax? Shawn? Jerry? Philly-boy? Bueller?
