  2. not to intrude...but i see ur watching dome...do u know any difference between wrx struts and the foresters or outbacks...would the wrx struts still work on an older impreza and just not give as high of a lift
  3. when i installed driving lights i ran it through the rubber circle thats easiest to find when ur lookin at your engine....i cant remember if it was for the clutch or throttle...i just pulled the rubber thing out pushed the wire through then push the rubber thing back in
  4. first year they made impreza's were 93...and the car isnt rare its just old....but depending on how it drives and how much they want it may be a good deal sure he'll tell u subarus last forever....but cars break ...and when its not maintained well it breaks early
  5. depends how abused it was.....normally ppl like to pick them up off of little old ladies...who never had the engine replaced or even though it could go bad...haha just my thoughts tho...when i see a car for sale that has a new engine or newtranny i just see some as*hole like myself jumping the railroad tracks on the way to work ur only a state away from me (pa) haha i'd swap u my g/fs fwd 93 impreza 143,000 miles for it...plus some cash
  6. those are definately the type of reply's i wanted.....so u recommend synth blend or full synthetic...im def gettin some annoying noise from the engine bay prolly valves and crap i've only had the car for a little over a week so far..i wanna run seafoam through it yet to see if that gets rid of any of the noise....which vacume line should i use to suck the seafoam up ??does it matter? they all go to the same place right

  8. i bought a set of used agx adjustable struts with springs for 400! dollars....im still a little hesitant of weither or not i should have done it...but too late there coming in the mail anyways they came with Eibach Pro Kit springs these springs are for lowering right? so how much will these struts lift my imp and since its gonna have lowering springs will it basically just bring me back to stock? also if anyone wants to buy them haha i sell them to ya+your old wrx struts
  9. so for my 96 impreza 2.2 that has 193,000 on it....it wouldnt be a bad thing to switch to synthetic?..the lady i bought it from said she always had the oil changed on time...very anal about it/so i shouldnt worry bout the seals? or should i still worry
  10. haha good stuff...now today comes the knock sensor if its in my mailbox when i go home...any suggestions?
  11. how important is it to have ur sensor bolts torqued right..for instance my crankshaft sensor i just installed it last night......i removed the old one wiped the inside a little with my finger to get off any grime..and then bolted in the new one to where i thought was tight enough how many things did i do wrong? haha should i have cleaned it more /replace bolt/ etc -sean
  12. did u put front sway bar on too?
  13. i think its an 02 wrx.....i could swap the sway bars..front/rear onto my 96 impreza L right? i just wanna get ur opinion before i send away for them to be shipped -sean
