alot of people here that seem to have an ej20tt just prefer to convert them to single turbo or fit an wrx sti engine in place:burnout:

this is my brat lol still yet 2 build it tho im looking round for an targa top brumby to replace my wagon with ive always wanted one but they all seem 2b so expensive :-\

can it be done? i know the car and coupe only came in front wheel drive. and the wagons and utes are 4wd. are the chassie and frame etc completely different? would there be alot of work to do etc...

ea81 is slighty more wider than an EA71. did get that measured. i am trying 2 track down an GFT or GL 1600 at the moment.

OMG No one has meachioned where they got there orginal flat 4 engine design from lol Right you guys are right it is german but its not VW tie ups. FHI brought the rights to the LLoyd 900 also known as borgward Arabella its was an 900cc water cooled flat 4 that was front wheel drive small family saloon heres an pic of engine and car

its an very reliable motor. yea i say ya 1 is an lemon. my 1988 ea71 is an bit of an lemon. lookin at all the paper work since new the amount of stuff that been fixed on it. but ya look at all the other ea71s they reliable and take soo much abuse \
