my 92 legacy DUB edition getting 6 inch lift around spring they are 20" firestars only bummer is i need to get outback or forester struts to get the rears but that might be soon i hope. Sorry about the crap pic.

Ok i have been gone for a wile just working odd jobs and looking for a full time or part time spot someplace but im doing ok. That brings this project along i have been thinking about doing it for a wile and i have started getting the parts together i have the motor and i have the car and i have the harness the car was a big part for a wile i could not decide i wanted to do the RX sedan that car needs quite a bit of work and i have no money to move it at the time so im thinking the legacy but that makes it hard due to it being my DD so i thought i have my Gen 3 Brat project that lost rev. in the tranny and has been parked and donating parts to keep other cars on the road. Now most of you know the car im talking about Bill omlin did the body work and the bumper and a few other things here is a pic of before and after kinda its not done. This is it now only imagin it in a pasture with dirt all over it and no motor. Now this car was a 2wd auto coupe i put a 5 speed and made it awd with wagon parts i had also swapped in a 2.2 duel port exhaust engine out of a 95 impreza with a legacy intake diamond coil pack and JDM injecters really sweet engine it seems to have some good power. This is what i am going to be puting in it I am going to remove the dash and reloom the harness with the harness for this engine and try to make it look like it should be there lol. But we will see so i guess this will be the build thread. I am not going to use an adapter plate i'm going to be using a transmission i built with a EJ tranny and EA tranny i used the EJ case front half with ea82 3.7 S/R internals and tail shaft so i have 3.7 gears in an ej case so i wont need the adapter plate or flywheel so i can use a better clutch and pressure plate and with the ea tail shaft I am eliminating the V/C and giving me the option of FWD OR true 4WD. They will fit yes but for new gen seats to GL cars it takes some rail swapping but i do know the impreza and legacys are ok to swap with no mods and in your case i thnk you should be ok might need to do the rails but i doubt it. Rob.

lol thats whats funny it just looks like a shorter EJ trans. and with the turbo splines you can put it in most legacys and imprezas. it would take the front half of an ea driveshaft swaped with the front of the EJ one because its longer but i think a RWD impreza would be fun. Rob.

Built a SWEET 3.7 5 speed EJ trans with EA non viscus tail shaft for my moms 87 was turbo sedan getting ready to put the 2.2 in and not need an adapter plate or redrilled flywheel so exited to put it in!!!! Rob

what car? brat,lego,imp,outback ? there are some pegs that trip the blinker so it clicks back to the off position the style veries from model to model but im guessing you put an aftermarket wheel on or one that someone broke the small tabs from. Rob.

Haha its still around just havent done anything new to it yet so i brought my legacy AKA "urban assault No.1" all the flames and bullet holes i did myself with my airbrush.

i have a harness i am willing to sell it is already cut and labled you would just need to put it in pm me if you are interested. On another note i did my ej swap in about 4 weeks or 2 months if you count converting the car from 2WD auto to 4WD 5 speed.
