  5. Jibs mentioned 11am at pnp in Carson???
  6. Count me in if your still going to pnp on Wednesday! I have some time on my hands now... Do'h
  7. The TS is the wagon and the RS is the sedan. I think. Subaru dropped those names a few years back.
  8. I think I'm leaning toward the bearing idea. The lug nuts are tight and so is the castle nut (those where the first things I checked) Just a repack or should I replace the bearing?
  9. I have a mystery noise and for the life of me I can't figure out what is causing it. It only does it after I have been driving for a few miles. When it's cold there is no noise. Its coming from the passenger rear. It sounds like a thunk thunk thunk, while driving straight, as soon as I turn the noise changes to a grinding sound. When I put it into 4wd the noise stops. It's louder while decerating. I have pulled the wheel off and the drum looked at the brakes... everything looks fine. Could this be an axle or wheel bearing? It's on a 88 GL w/ 235k
  10. Awesome. I keep a lifted 84 soob right off Banner Quaker Hill Rd. Small world!!
  11. Nice rig. Looks like you are in Greenhorn canyon?
  12. Sounds like you really have a sweet GL silverracerkh2005. Check the meet and greet forum from time to time, us locals try and have a get together from time to time. We usually meet in Reno, but it would be a nice change to move it to Tahoe! I would like to see your wagon and maybe I'll get some good ideas for mine. Peace, Jeremy
  13. Tahoe Reno area a 20 year old 87 GL would go for $500-1000. I got my 88 for $400. $7000 worth of upgrades really won't up the value.
  14. Up here in Reno I have noticed quite a few Gen 2 Legacys with the rear right window shattered. Either totally gone, or covered in a garbage bag. I always wondered what would have caused this, maybe it's a design flaw. Interesting.
  15. Sweet, my ugly mug is on a web site!!!
  16. If any of the locals want to meet up on Saturday I'll be available after 12pm.
  17. I'm free Saturday the 27th. We could try and do something then.
  18. Yeah the 21st should work. How about the rest of the crew?
  19. Well I am moved into my new place and I have internet again!!! So I'm BACK! Sundays work better for me if we are going to have a meet thing.
