^:lol: best you can do is get dirty. put it on jacks and shake the s@$! out of your pivot points (STRUTS, bushings, u joints and bearings) find the troubled area then fix it and dont forget to tell michael appel:lol: in my opinion if its a vertical wobble its a wheel thats off balance or messed up tire, if its horizontal then id check the u joints and rear pivot points. i had a bad shake when id turn while out wheeling and it was the bushing under the mounting bracket for the drive-line.on the passenger side.. it felt like i was on an off balance washing machine

BUMPERS coming Wednesday

some cleaning and painting.. Before (maf and intake) Cleaned it good But it still looked like this... i wouldn't have it Soo begins the painting for the MAF and airbox and for the intake (different paint.. rubberized) i will be re-conditioning the hoses and replacing or repainting all rusty/bent/dented/old/dirty beyond cleaning parts ASAP! Got this as well

correct me if im wrong... your saying a ej engine harness will plug right in to the ea body harness? and work? if thats right what about the ej ecu? will it do the same? my 2.2 swap is coming up soon and i want to get my info collected so im not bouncing all over the sight, running in with greasy hands all over my keyboard and mouse in a rage search for answers:lol:

Yea alot of it is.. But the stereo is changing it from its stock condition. So i call that a mod. The horn is aftermarket. Has a sjr lift. 6 lug swap. Bupers are being made. Its on 29" tires. Theres so much more to come. Im just adding the little things that count right now till the big mods come in

on that note does anyone know where to get a good bushing kit? seriously i cant find them anywhere. im guessing im gonna have to get them off of a newer subaru or can napa cross reference them and find a set that will fit it?

FIXED IT!! it was just low on gear oil.. when i checked it the first time i was on a hill with the nose up the slope and i got nothing on the dip stick. i checked it on the flat ground and it registered on the dip stick so i was thinking it had enough to register on the dip stick so what else could be making the noise, totally ruling out that lack of 80/90 would cause it to ring... well i added a whole bottle and it register at full on level ground i started it up and there not even a hint of ringing goin on down there.. i revved it up quite a bit 6k and nothing.. now a road test...

pics don't do it justice. i do not think this will fail. i was wondering if others have been bent like this or if i did it cause the kits you make seem straight as an arrow and if you were to feel it with you own hands you would probably look for an answer too

might be a type of repost but heres some more goodies for my ru gotta have water:grin: spare tire cable lock cool ratchet style 500lb test tie down i got from iraq the subaru very own and first set of screw drivers:) 3 person tent for adventures lifetime supply of MRE's not the best but they get the job done (adventure food, once the store bought stuff runs out) temporary real designer Coach "shifter boot". im making a good setup, the stock one kicks me outta gear all the time i have REAL Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana fabric too

i was looking at a tranny problem and saw that the block was bent due to the SJR cut out of it.. did you road text these Scott? its still intact but its bent a lil bit the pics dont do it justice but i can feel the bend in the center at the lower hook of the J and the tip of the S i can get better pics later tonight. im not tryin to bash on Scott just want the stuff we buy to be safe is all (might weld a plate on the back idk yet)

so i was showing gear slop and i took the vid inside cause the exhaust was too loud to hear the ringing from underneath the ru

its low on gear oil.. last time i checked it was on a slope. i got under the car and no its all internal. someone said axels.. Nope it does it at a stop. it seems to be in the middle-ish back of the tranny (skinny part) on the bottom (of course id say that, thats where my head was..) but i felt it as well i took a vid it will be posted here in a few minutes. if this is a bad tranny i guess when i do my clutch ill swap out the tranny as well:rolleyes: i was just about to order bushings too...

oh i know.. i have a baby on the way and a gf of 5 years now.... i rent a house.. it adds up, the girlfriends VW jetta costs alot (POS!! i told her to get a wrx) also some hefty court fines im payin off (got called to court while in Baghdad and couldn't show so i got issued warrant's in two counties, im good now tho). im just gettin it in while i can. i sold my truck and i told her its MY truck so its MY play money:lol: anyways... stay tuned for updates
