1987 gl 4x4 rear passenger side wheel bearing

i disconnected the axle.. pulled the bearings as the inners were bad now to get the new ones back in... i gotta pull that lip off in the back... anyone fluent with wheel bearings? is that lip threaded? or do i squeeze them back into place through the outer side?

in between a rock and a hard place on that one... whats it cost to have the harness done? $250.... whats an engine cost? $450+ so if i bought this setup (engine ecu and harness) for $450 then paid $250 to have the harness made (maybe do it myself if i wanna wait longer) that = $700 ill look into this more

front speakers and rear struts little bit og cutting and grinding to make spacers tapering up to make the bracket sit level cut it to clear the bracket grinding off the bracket lip so it clears the door panel all done on this side Now the struts Soo much easier than the junk yard rigs no impacts needed i even got the misses to join in while i tackled other stuff (crazy being 7 months pregnant and all) shes my sidekick most of the time see anything weird? what about now? well the shocks are compressible by hand.. blown? idk possibly before (and rubbed like crazy even when turning) After oh soo much better! and no its measured from the same spot... so there's an inch difference.. might be 3cm deeper in the tread but there's a huge difference FRONT BUMPER!!! not here yet.. will have pics of it installed once it gets here (DUH)

ive been looking into the ej22 swap a lot lately and the wiring is stopping me from leaning more in that direction. what about new high flow heads and a msd ignition set up (i have the blaster coil, just need the disty and 10.2mm wires) for my 1.8 fi with straight pipe and GOOD muffler. think it would put enough pep in its step to satisfy me?

^:lol: best you can do is get dirty. put it on jacks and shake the s@$! out of your pivot points (STRUTS, bushings, u joints and bearings) find the troubled area then fix it and dont forget to tell michael appel:lol: in my opinion if its a vertical wobble its a wheel thats off balance or messed up tire, if its horizontal then id check the u joints and rear pivot points. i had a bad shake when id turn while out wheeling and it was the bushing under the mounting bracket for the drive-line.on the passenger side.. it felt like i was on an off balance washing machine

BUMPERS coming Wednesday

some cleaning and painting.. Before (maf and intake) Cleaned it good But it still looked like this... i wouldn't have it Soo begins the painting for the MAF and airbox and for the intake (different paint.. rubberized) i will be re-conditioning the hoses and replacing or repainting all rusty/bent/dented/old/dirty beyond cleaning parts ASAP! Got this as well

correct me if im wrong... your saying a ej engine harness will plug right in to the ea body harness? and work? if thats right what about the ej ecu? will it do the same? my 2.2 swap is coming up soon and i want to get my info collected so im not bouncing all over the sight, running in with greasy hands all over my keyboard and mouse in a rage search for answers:lol:
