  1. Exhuast work on these is the coolest thing to do, they sound great with a turbo muffler, cherry comb or no mufflers at all, as for power gain idk how much/if you would.
  2. Meh, that v8 is bad rump roast
  3. Thought this was cool lol, i bet it hauls rump roast!
  4. Videos, videos we need videos!!! this is the coolest thing ive ever seen done to a wrx!! props:lol:
  5. Im totally gonna have an ea82 with ej22 and 5 spd d/r and keep it a nice classic subaru wheeler, But where you are missing my point is I really need something with a V8 in it, And when I build a 318 and get a tranny for it I cant think of a cooler host to put it in(subaru ea82 wagon).
  6. Yea, thats sweet, ya know whats under the hood?
  7. Just remove that bottom bolt there on the swing arm thing, A good bar helps alot, just had to do a tranny swap yesterday, they can sometimes be a pain.
  8. Has anyone ever done a solid front and rear end on a subie and dropped a small block and tranny in? I know it would take away from the whole subie power thing, but i would have a different subie with subie drivetrain to equal it out! I was thinkin a Dodge 318 with a tranny from an early 80's power wagon( they are so small and light i can toss one a good few feet), Just wanna hear if anyone has done this and the problems you would encounter.
  9. I live in malaga, romp blue grade and birch all the time, hit me up lol
  10. Dont know if its just me, but i dont see any pics.
  11. Very scary that anyone would even propose this, yuppies are takin over the world.
  12. Yea, I have to pull the tranny out and replace the front main seal, have alrdy pulled the tranny 2 times so that will be fairly quick and painless. As much as I would love to do the d/r swap right now, it may have to wait till summer
  13. I just replaced the vacuum diaphram bout 3 months ago, so that is not the case( leak wasnt that far down and back). It looks like it all came from 3 slits cut on the torque converter housing about half way up the tranny.
  14. Anyone know what may have happened?
  15. So I decided to go mobbin with a few buddies of mine, we just got done doin a few hill climbs and i lost power. Turns out all my tranny fluid is gone, looks like it came from the passenger side above the cv. Funny thing is it started on the pavement not even on the trail. So maybe a seal or sumthin? gushed out all tranny fluid in 1/4 mile has to be sumthin big lol. Hopefully its done, give me an excuse to get my 5 spd d/r=)
  16. Yea, had the same problem, got the vacuum mod at napa for less then $20.
  17. duplicolor has a nice DIY bedliner kit out, as far as prep goes you just need to sand the metal to get some grip for the liner to stick to, as far as mess it all depends on you=) its fairly cheap, for a small bed prolly 50 bucks. roll on to apply.
  18. dont know about the older boxer engines, but the ea82 is very vacuum dependent, so check youre vac lines and stuff.
  19. That piston is torn up! wow.
  20. Dents are proof that you mob, gotta have em=)
  21. so I was lookin at a newer polaris 4 wheeler, and the lug pattern on the wheels looked real close to the 4x140mm, anyone know what the specs are on those?
