Go with front clip. Cant go wrong there. EAxx's are legos with other EAxx's. EJxx's are legos with other EJxx's. There are also cases where EAxx and EJxx are legos too....but the matings are not as much. Example: Camber plates work. Heads dont. Complete engine/trans works. Trans only doesnt work. Somthing like that.....anyhow, Ive got MRTrally Camber/Caster plates on my GL-10. They were inteded for any Legacy/Impreza application. Direct bolt up to the GL-10.

The Order, TWE parts. *see 1st and LAST post*
WJM replied to WJM's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Listen guys, im really sorry, but I cannot keep up with this anymore. Ive been working 16 hours at my new job and I have not even had time to pull parts for people who need them. I can barely afford to keep both the RX and GL-10 going...and im trying to move the DL out of my way. All the info is there, that email I got tonight, some need to step up an take my position, because i am simply not here during the hours that I need to be to take care of all of this. Again, sorry guys. -
what is the optimum quantity of r-134a?

2 cans did mine just fine. Blows ice cold. -
CD player, portable type that plays MP3 CDs running off of power converter on AC adapter....output to input on sub/base. Output from there to 4 speakers and the internal sub. All of that equals 100X better sound than stock system, and some bump as well.

need some help with no start 86 and 2 87 GL-10's

3 subes for $50...what a steal! My vote is that some wiring is still crossed up from the burning and idiot incidents. -

Must not have a tach in the dash. Ive seen an 86 GL coupe with SPFI. It was auto, rear drums, 2wd. Had that same style grille....BUT had the same bumper as my wagon. -
I get overboost with stock stuff at high RPMs with no cats and no muffler.

I sent an email. No response yet.

Ok, ran another search, i decided I would go behind the stereo, and use that connector to run the sound. Sounds nice now. Edit: Hi low converter? Huh? I am not running thru any HU at all. Pics to come later.
-
if ive got the two rears, why not use them? So you say the connectors are somewhere in the door sill....kick pannel? Hm...on the rear door sill, or the front?

Ok, could not find this searching, although I found useful info If I cant find what I am looking for. Ok, the FRONT speaker connectors I have found. They are pink, and have blue and white wires. That is not the problem tho. As you will see from the pics below, you might understand what I am doing. I have taken my Cambridge Sound works 4.1 Computer Surround Sound system, an installing it into my GL-10. Since I cant make good use of it (aka, stretch its legs) in my new home, what good is it having it only being at 10% use in my room? So, I have replaced that with a lower power but equally good quality 2.1 system. So...the GL-10 effectively has NO sound at all...stock radio barely works, and the stock speakers are rotted out. Anyhow, I have been able to wire in the front speaker output, into the front speaker wiring. I have installed the cambridge front speakers into the stock front speaker location. Next, I will install the rear cambridges into the stock rear speaker location. Its easy to do. The only thing I need to know...is where are the REAR speaker connectors like the front ones?????? Now, for the two pics.... Passenger side Drivers side And the main peice! So, as you can see, those are to plugs I am looking for....the ones pictured are for the front, i need to find the ones for the rear. Any ideas???

99.2 to the ground, and 141 est crank HP. TQ numbers were pretty high in the low range, and tappered off in the high end. No actual TQ numbers were convereted, seeing as no one really hit the conversion factor correctly. Oh and the engine lasted 24,000 miles before a burned exh. valve and bad rings on cyl 1 put it to rest. It was still running fine (but only on 3 cyl) when I pulled it from the car.

RX body kit. Still looks like an 86. Badged as an RX. Carbed engine. Part time 4WD. XT seats. Rear Drums. Its all wrong! I want the grille. Please. edit: its got the 87 bumper. -
I've had 3 do that. Happens when you dont have the pipe bolted to the head with that factory peice, and when the downpipe is not bolted to the trans in the two spots its supposed to....that lessens the chance of breakage by 100%....but they still do it, simply due to age. There is ZERO aftermarket for these cars. Althought...if you search for the TWE Header thread, we are trying to get a company, TWE in cananda, to make us some Headers and downpipes...for performance applications of course. I cannot afford those items, so at some point in the near future, I will be fabricating some....

Indeed. Like I said, this is temporary, and I should have the WJM Harness bar made and installed at some point....SOONER rather than later. Ive read over the Simpson installtion notes and such....I knew that installing the harness like so was not good, but hey, I wanted to see how it fits and its only temp until i get the bar made. I dont think I will be using the rear seat belt attachment points...simply because I want to retain a full interior as possible.

Dont know for sure about the DP...YET. Once I get the jig/dummy engine setup, I'll start making some prototypes. I for one want two headers, and two TBEs....(turbo back exhausts) -

I aggree. We DO need a for sure count, even if TWE is not going to make them....cuz I know that WJM Rallye Sport will, once some things are cleared up in the current shop. -

No. The bad news is that I cant possibly afford the parts at all. I'll shoot TWE an email really quick like, to see whats going on up there...
